Gino's Pizza

the worst service I’ve ever experienced among all franchises. I want to point out this establishment, specifically the main manager and a man who works there. I don’t know his name, but he works there quite often. He’s tall, with black hair. I had to wait for my order—or rather, just to place an order for pizza—for about 20 minutes. And this was without any line. None of the staff even tried to talk to me. Their pizzaiolo, this man, was making pizza with one hand while talking on the phone with the other. He was wearing casual or going-out clothes, definitely not work attire. At the end, when I asked if someone could assist me so I could place my order, they started being rude to me, saying, ‘Can’t you see we have a lot of delivery orders?’ After that, he snapped at me, saying, ‘You’ll wait as long as I tell you to,’ and told me to wait another 20 minutes.”*

If I could give 0 stars I would. After ordering over the phone, I showed up 20 minutes later and the pizza was not ready. The cashier said it would take a couple more minutes. No problem. He went to the back and came out 5 minutes later. When I got home I saw someone wrote "bozo lol" on the pizza box. I was super confused. When I opened the box, the pizza looked off, like it had fallen and been reassembled in the box. I had to throw it out because of the message on the box and the appearance of the pizza was just an unsettling combination. Never ordering from this location again. Very disappointed.

I ordered 6 pizzas last week. The service was great but the pizza didn't taste like ginos at all. Tasted more like something you'd get from a place called Pizza Depot or something

The best pizza we ever had in (City)!! The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose that we even visited the pizza shop twice in the same day! You could just take away or get deliver on time at your house, they are awesome. Indian girls working there make pizza with care and proper hygiene

Pizza service is the best when it's on point! 🍕 Quick delivery, piping hot pizza, and friendly staff can really make a difference. It's like having a pizza party brought right to your doorstep! I am gald to have all these thing on one place which gino's pizza. I love this place

Worst pizza place in GTA. No hygiene whatsoever. Most of the time their slices are stale. 2-3 days old. I once saw them drop the pizza dough on the floor, they picked it up and continued making the pizza.. TRUST ME PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I’ve been here 50+ times. Every time I regret it. Only reason I go here is it’s walking distance from my workplace and I’ve no other food option nearby. :(
