Easily one of the best pizza's I've tasted in a long time! They ensured that every slice is prepared correctly and used very fresh ingredients. Definitely need to give it a shot!

Always clean, always have a large variety of fresh slices and they still offer the $5 slice, dip and drink combo which is great. The staff are all very friendly. This is my favourite Gino’s. :)

Amazing customer service , ordered a specially customized pizza , which was delivered amazing. Would definitely recommend as a go to place.

Not only did we have to wait for over an hour for our delivery but this is how our food came, wide open! When I called customer service, all they did was hang up.. Miss the old owners, definitely going downhill now.. Will NEVER order from Gino’s again!! Disappointed ☹️

Ordered from this mall rd location my pizza was Under cooked really disgusting to be honest allmost raw dough no taste to the Sauce could allmost compare there pizza sauce to water and ketchup and barley any cheese very disappointed this place has gone down hill bad !! Don’t waste your time or money coming to this location you will regret it.

I had one of the worst pizza experiences on my recent visit. The person preparing it flooded the pizza with sauce, and despite ordering a meat lover's pizza, there was a noticeable lack of meat and the chickenwasn't cooked properly, no beef but some pepperonis. The pizza seemed undercooked, as the crust was rubbery and hard to chew. This experience left me thoroughly disappointed.

Gino's Pizza at Mall Rd has been really good up until yesterday, always full of toppings, fresh and great dough. Yesterday we ordered 4 XL pizza's and the one pictured was double chese but you can barely see any cheese. All 4 pizza's had almost no cheese and toppings and the dough tasted old and wasn't soft and tasty like before. We hope this was a one off and we'll give it one more chance. Update to come.
