Waiting for a burger for 25 minutes. Asked the stuff to hurry up. Instead of assisting one of the cooks wanted to fight but was stopped by his manager. After saying that police will be called as this is absolutely not acceptable the manager refused to refund. Surprised that stuff like this happens in Canada, it’s actually crazy…

I went there today to buy a large pizza and a drink. And the racism was intense. My son paid for the pizza first then he decided to get a drink. Paid cash for both and no receipt was given to him. Two different people took his orders. While we were leaving the guy that took the cash for pizza accused my son of not paying for his drink. I told him that another guy took the cash and I saw them. Then a different guy comes and start saying we got cameras. I said check your camera then this is over a soft drink $2. My son then told them that the other guy took the money. It was not after the other guy confirm that they said ok. Like WTH what kind of customer service is that??? So if I was not there they would off called the cops on my son? Like my word was not enough they assumed that he must of stolen the drink because he is black boy? They embarrassed us over a drink. Like we are too broke to afford a drink. Worst customer service ever plus the wait time was over 15 minutes. Do t recommend this place unless you want to be profiled. Very displeased with Gino’s Pizza.

Fresh Pizza, Affordable rates and service with a smile makes this the best pizza in the city. Maybe even in the world! I’m biased because it’s near my house and open late but it’s an opinion based review.

This placed used to be my go to. However, a recent order of two medium, two topping pizzas was unsatisfactory. Half of one pizza arrived burnt while the other pizza arrived under baked (very chewy dough). To make things worse, they forgot to include the two dips we ordered.

Tried Gino's for the first time recently. Seemed like a favourite with the locals that popped in to pick up some food to go with a few opting to sit in. Nothing fancy in terms of seating area but it was clean and comfortable enough to fit a few tables for those wanting to grab a quick bite. They have some pretty good offers too. I tried the large pizza with 1 dipping sauce. The pizza was quiet enjoyable. My wife and I really liked it. The angus burger was ok and would give it a pass. The fries were really good though.

Me and my wife are regular customers at Gino’s Pizza near Yonge and Eglinton and we have been blown away by the quality and taste of their pizzas. The chef, Mandeep, has his own recipe that brings out the unique flavours of the toppings and the crust. He is very passionate about cooking and that reflects in his food and the service. The pizza is always cooked to perfection and served hot and fresh. The portion size is generous and the price is very reasonable. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I highly recommend Gino’s Pizza to anyone looking for a great pizza place in Toronto. You won’t regret it!

Ordered on Uber Eats. We had a large with red onions and Italian sausage. It was okay. Pizza is always good, especially at 3am. But it was just okay. Honestly kind of reminded me of frozen pizza - which is also fine, but was hoping it would be better.

Should be re-evaluated. Perfect service and taste of pizza with wings. Love this place and definitely my new to-go late night dinner place! + cheaper when you make order through walk-in👍🏻😉
