Called to place an order for pickup, was given a time which was too long for me as I was in a rush, no big deal. I politely asked to cancel the order and told the worker that I would just come in the get some slices only to literally get hung up on. Super rude. Not sure if they just having a bad day or what but that was terrible customer service.

This is hands down the best Gino's Pizza I've been to in Ontario. The sauce to crust to cheese ratio was incredible, everything was 10/10. I even had to walk back in and commend the gentleman making the pizza. He was a younger guy but he knows his stuff! Keep up the good work and I hope you pay that man what he deserves, he's a true chef.
