I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at this location. There’s often no one at the counter to take orders, and when staff do appear after ringing the bell multiple times, their attitude comes across as unprofessional and unwelcoming. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than a priority. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on the poor service I’ve encountered.

I was here not long ago but waited so long just to get a coffee, just for one coffee I waited if I have to guess at least 10 mins and when this guy shows up he's on the phone talking in a sign language with us. I was not expecting such a bad experience from a big franchise. I will never come to this location ever again and I will suggest the same to others.

I had to wait for the order ( uber driver ) and they offered me something to drink while I am waiting ( in my case Hot chocolate) I am very grateful.

I am a delivery driver. We have to wait here for 10- 45 mins for orders. It looks like there is just one person working here, and they told me to wait 15 mins for 1 pasta order. It is a very bad service, and it is also so cold here that you see your breath coming out of your mouth. Also, there are spiders crawling around.

Bought a Cinnabon from here I could hear them microwaving it for so long. It was terribly hot. The icing was all runny in the box, it was so soggy to eat and didn’t even taste like the classic bun at all. Why would you put it in the microwave! Waste of money.

Located at the entrance/exit of Walmart at Keele. You can order online from the site and wait for your order. It’s not as fast as Macdonalds though. There are several fast food restaurants to choose from. The site is not that fancy though. You need to ring the bell to get the attention of a staff inside. And the staff seems not to have that customer service training. I was at the counter and didn’t even bother to ask my order number. I had to ring the bell after 10 minutes to inquire the status of my order. But if you’re at Walmart Downsview, you can order your food first before going shopping. I’m sure your food will be ready as soon as you’re done with your shopping.

The variety of this small kitchen just inside the Walmart is astounding. You can order ahead on Uber eats and pick up or order there and shop at Walmart while you wait. They were quite busy around 6 but the service was fast. Although this is definitely the place if you want to get a wide variety without running all over the place, everything was just ok and the quality would probably be better at most restaurants. The menu might be a bit too extensive to do everything well. Suggest against the boba, they were quite hard and the flavour was not very strong.
