Even though this is a food court, the staff is very welcoming and accommodating and service is pretty good. I like the noodle as well. If you don’t like vinegar or sour noodle, you can tell the staff ahead not to make it sour

Been here a couple of times. They close on certain days so it’s hard to catch them depending on your schedule. I’ve had their fried potstickers and they’re excellent and have a very thin skin too. I’ve had their spicy noodles with beef and vegetables and they’re very tasty too, but I found the noodles a bit too thick and heavy for my liking that it makes everything stick and hard to share and maybe they’re supposed to be like that. The prices and portions are decent. Service is friendly and communication is a tad difficult if you don’t speak Mandarin.

I’ve been waiting for General an potsticker to open for awhile. This is absolutely worth the wait! The owners makes everything from scratch, they brought their knowledge and cuisine from their hometown in China, you can watch them wrap these potstickers. I am greedy so even after dinner, I came by just before they close at 9pm and order both the chicken and corn potsticker and the beef potstickers. OMG they are so delicious! The wrap was thin and the fillings were just nicely marinated with the crunch of the corn inside. In my opinion, one of the best that I’ve had in Toronto. The noodles is spicy and hand pulled. I still prefer the potstickers, so delicious. I am coming back for more soon!
