The Special Lanzhou Beef Noodle here is incredibly flavorful, with perfectly chewy and delicious noodles. I always opt for the spicy version with thin noodles, and the balance of noodles to beef is just right. This spot has quickly become my favorite go-to for solo dates.

Amazing experience! Our waitress was so friendly and explained different things on the menu to us. The noodles I ordered were incredible (dry thin noodles with egg and tomatoes). I was slightly skeptical if I would like “dry” noodles but they did have some broth and it was delicious!

I had some time to kill before my flight back to Halifax. I decided to visit GB, and I was not disappointed. The service was wonderful, my soup arrived quickly, it was delicious, very spicy just how I like it, and you, if you don't share my love for spicy food, they can serve it mild. I loved this place, when you want authentic hand pulled noodles, go to GB. Don't go to some chain. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. I can't say enough nice things about GB. 10/10.

Absolutely lovely little hand pulled ramen shop. We came across it about a year ago and come every time we are in town. The entire family loves it. Quality is superb and so is the service. Will definitely come back again!

Place lived up to its name. Noodles dense with the right costistency cooked to perfection. Braised brisket beef mouthwatering. Broth strong and tastful. One of my top 3 Lanzhou noodles I had from around the world. Decent normal price.

Amazing broth! Had this previously once when my friend ordered their dish over Uber. Then I had to come check this place out myself after trying their dish. I can confidently say that their pull noodles/broth hold consistent. Also the portion size is great for the price. Best broth for a pull noodle dish I’ve had so far. Definitely recommend everyone to try this spot out! Came back and tried their MEGA size. And definitely enough for two people and then some. Also tried their jelly fish dish. Very nice sweetness to the dish and would grab again.

Excellent Ramen. One of the best I had in Canada so far. The quality of noodles is so fresh and amazing. Also, the taste is just perfect. All the ingredients are fresh. And the best part is a personal touch to the food and service. The hospitality is top-notch. Highly recommended!
