Stopped ordering from here a couple years ago due to consistently declining quality. Tried again and can't believe their still in business. Ordered a "Deluxe steak sub" pathetic amount of lettuce and tomato. Barely any onions or mushrooms. Forgot to ask for no green peppers but hey, I couldn't find any anyway. Incredibly overpriced for $18. If it was 8$ that might have been the right price. Don't waste your time and money. Most of the good reviews are 5years or older

$21 for a large chicken Souvlaki that may have been 8 inches long. Barely any chicken. What a waste of money. Never again. Many other reviews stating the higher prices and lower quality, plus no reply from ownership. Unless I hear back from management they've lost a repeat customer.

I've eaten here for years, I usually get the Italian sub, they are putting half the meat they use to put on them and does not justify me paying $15.00 ! Also, the lettuce tasted like it was from a bag. The friendly guy that use to work there the last 6 months knew how to make a sub..... the woman in there now, is real cheap with the meat...not very friendly either ..Place is going downhill

the prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down. instead of the good American cheddar for the steak sub they use a cheap pre shredded cheese. I payed 22$ and was shocked to see a small sub with less steak then before. The girl gave me attitude and said we'll you ordered combo 1. Combo 1 is a small sub. I will never come back

Today I had placed an order for 2 salads. When my boyfriend came home 1 of them was wrong. I felt very frustrated because it was a long drive to get them. I called and spoke with 2 ladies that were so kind. They understood my frustration and apologized. They didn’t charge me for the other salad and even offered to have it delivered. They owned up to their mistake and really provided great customer service. I want to thank them on how they handled everything and pass long that I appreciate their service. (The salads were delish too)

About 4 years ago I ate here, and the burger was amazing. Went back the other day, and the burger was not good. Dry bun, small little dried up patty with no flavor. The fries were very stale. And my entire family had stomach aches after. The staff is super nice and friendly. Maybe we just got a bad batch of food. I would love to have that burger I had 4 years ago.

Would have given lower review if it wasn’t for the man cooking who was awesome! Ordered 2 subs after 8 and was charged full price, when we inquired why we were told you had to ask for the discount before you ordered!!! This is insane and the younger man working was rude about it. But the man cooking offered to provide the discount. I have never heard of having to ask for an advertised special. Subs were tasty as usual.

I visited here recently and paid close to $50 for 3 subs. Two of the subs were buffalo chicken but the chicken had been soaked in hot sauce making it too hot to even eat. (We like spicey food but this was crazy) And the buns were soaked with whatever sauce they put on. I did call and speak to someone but she was very rude and told me that that's how they made their subs and that nothing was wrong with them. I will never visit here again and I will not be recommending it to anyone. What a huge waste of money
