the food was alright , but all the menus I found online are old , out dated and prices are way more expansive than what was advertised . An order that used to be 60 + tax costed me a 100$ . not sure I will be ordering from there again .

This place has been open for ages.. i am 40 i remember eating here when i was a kid (8-9 years old). They're chicken fried rice is the bomb, well was the bomb. Need to make a trip back to my old neighbourhood to check this spot again.

It said 8.95 for a Singapore noodle in their menu and when she rang me up she charged me 12.50 and claimed food prices have gone up. Well I suggest you change your menu pricing and honor the pricing on there rather then changing it when I'm ready to pay. It tasted like food you get in a food court like in yorkgate mall but charges like.high quality food. You can get the exact quality noodle on Weston road for 6.50 for the same.noodle. dissapointing. I don't like it when businesses raise the prices when to said something different on the menu. It's principal of the matter. Won't be back. It doesn't help when all the tables have been removed and I had to eat it on my lap. Charged me like I could dine in but ate it on my lap.

Best take-out Chinese food in Etobicoke. This hidden gem on Scarlet Road, right beside Hill Garden gas station. Ordered the beef/broccoli, lemon chicken, chicken fried rice, Singapore noodles and wonton soup. A local favorite.

Overall, the food is great quality and staff have a relatively give it to you straight up service. My wife and I enjoy having our chinese take out from Gardenia House. We're pretty picky people too so not really getting how some don't like this place as much as we do. We've tried another chinese spot nearby with better reviews but were disappointed. Keep up the great service and food. Lucky to have you in our neighborhood.
