Had Jamaican ginger beer, it’s got a nice punch. A bit strong with a bit of burning sensation in the throat. Ordered salt cod baccala as the appetizer, which was mostly potato. Lastly, the main fish was salmon - a bit plain and could use more seasoning. However, sauce was good. A bit pricey.

Food is fine. Please note that the restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of Hart House! There are no posters on the first floor when you enter the building that says where the location of the restaurant is, I had to ask the info desk people.

Location and ambience makes this place the 🌟 Star 🌟 Located on level one of the Hart House overlooking the famed great hall below,expect to experience wonderful food and service from the staff. The food quality is excellent.locally sourced sustainable items plus seasonal change of their menu keeps me excited for all my visits 😃 TIP: Don't miss the sweet caricature of the yesteryears professors on the glass windows.

Hidden gem on UofT Campus! - perfect for celebrating any occasion or just to treat yourself after exams ✅ Ambiance is worth the visit itself - beautiful, classy, elegant (very UofT vibes) ✅ Service is phenomenal ✅ Grilled lamb with asian slaw - not a fan of lamb, but this was actually very flavourful and would order again

Looking for a place to eat with ambiance? This is it! Be sure to check out the cute little sketches of former professors in the stained glass windows. Get a table that overlooks the Great Hall below for a stunning view. Service is swift and friendly. Food is fresh, offering vegetarian options.

A hidden gem within Hart House. While I've only dined here once, the cafe is a regular part of my mornings. The friendly baristas serve up propeller coffee and an assortment of sinfully delicious pastries that I only occasionally indulge in. The dining experience was top notch with attentive service and perfectly executed dishes. My only complaint is that they close at 2pm, just a little too early for my afternoon coffee fix!
