Absolutely unacceptable experience with Galicia. I ordered food and they sent me a yellow chicken that was clearly old, reheated, and incredibly small. The quality was so bad it was disgusting and inedible. This level of service and food quality is shocking. I would never recommend them to anyone! Wast of money…

1st time getting Galitos expensive for what you get. The size of the potatoes serving is tiny check pic for the large patatoes and large rice makes no sense. Potatoes spicy when I don't eat spice and under cooked. All the food had to go in air fryer and the rice precooked to give it some better flavor. The chicken was not bad after put in airfryer as I asked for well done

Worst restaurant in the city! Initially they forgot an item, then I ended up with a wrong order. Save your money from this dump Galito's Flame Grilled Chicken in Mississauga. Despite ordering chicken breast, with bones received boneless chicken instead, clearly not the same. Do yourself a favour and train your employees or risk losing your store. Your business won’t stand a chance if that’s how you conduct your business.When I contacted them about the mistake, I was told to return and pay extra if I wanted the correct order. This experience has left me dissatisfied with Galito's service and I intend to share my experience to ensure that everyone stays away from this dumpster fire.

So i went to Galito’s at 11:30pm today and wanted to get 1/4 chicken leg with rice for 2 people. The cashier recommended double leg to save money which i end up doing so. But when i got home and looked at the chicken, i was surprised to see that $22 i spent there didn’t worth it. Whoever made my chicken totally burned it and still had the audacity to put that in the box. I called the restaurant to complain but it was closed by 12am so i ended up giving a review here. I need to get compensated for sure because I didn’t pay for this. Adding photos for proof.

Great food. I’ve ordered here for special events and keep coming back as they never disappoint. This time we dined in and they offer waffles, crepes and milkshakes. I highly recommend this location.

Ordered 1/2 chicken with peri fries and grilled corn . Gave the least portions and forgot my drinks and grilled corn. Being disappointed is the least of my worries. I expect the workers to atleast remember the customer’s orders. Also get your receipts to include the name of the item and how much it costs, Its not the 20th century for god’s sake. Overall, a disappointing first dine at this establishment.
