Galito's Flame Grilled Chicken

First time ordering from Galito’s in a word unimpressed the “large” roast potatoes barely was enough for 3 never mind the claim it serves 5 and some weren’t cooked properly hard in the centre. The chicken was cut up through the bone instead of the joints which left shards of bone in the chicken pieces that you had to pick out of your mouth. Got the party feast @ $72.99. 2 chickens 3 lg sides and 6 garlic sticks was not too bad of a deal although the flavour was mediocre at best I’ve made a more flavourful version of piri piri. Would not return. I just feel the quality and quantity is not worth the cost.

Went above and beyond what we were expecting. Excellent frendly service and tasty food. Our 2 yr old enjoyed it as much as we did. We will be returning.

I first tried Galito’s on Dixie in Mississauga so I was happy to see a location open in Ancaster. The food and service is great. We usually do the double kebab with rice. Try the coleslaw, it’s amazing.

Try this place if you enjoy "well done" chicken. See picture. The worker tried to hide the burnt chicken by flipping it all over on the serving plate. Complained about it, and I just got a shrug. "It's only a little burnt."

The owner had a very good service mind. It was the first time for the four of us to visit the restaurant, but he carefully explained the menu to us. We ate inside the restaurant, and he recommended sauces and recommended ways to eat, so we enjoyed our meal until the end. Of course, the chicken was delicious. We will definitely visit the restaurant again.

I drove to get some quality chicken from Brantford, since this is the closest location. The chicken was flavorful and nice and moist. We got 2 flavors; spicy honey garlic and lemon herb mild spice option. My favorite was the spicy honey garlic, but my wife preferred the mild lemon herb for the more pronounced grilled taste. The fries are nicely seasoned and if you like something more than just plain white rice, then you will appreciate the peri rice. Only have a couple of small issues, one of which is with the dry bread sticks. I could chalk it up to the fact they were no longer fresh when I got home and should have popped them in the microwave for 20sec. That being said, there wasn't much of any sort of flavor to speak of and they were rather plain overall. I would have also liked to see a more sauced chicken experience. The Galito's we used to go to sauced their chicken to the point you could grab the chicken or bread sticks and dip them into the leftover chicken sauce/juices. I miss that. Next time I'll ask to have it extra saucy and see what happens. Until then it's a solid 4/5 from me.

New place in the block. Very receptive owners and staff. They were kind enough to let dine in, as they were about to close. The road works may have a a negative temporary impact, but we wish him long and lasting success. The chef inquirer about our food multiple times, ensuring every thing is as desired.

My friend and I recently dined at Galito's and were amazed by the food and the exceptional service. We ordered the chicken wrap, beef burgers, and grilled chicken, each surpassing our expectations with their perfect seasoning and flavors. Beyond the delicious food, what made our experience truly memorable was the staff. They were amazing and helpful, guiding us through the menu and ensuring we had everything we needed. We left completely satisfied, already looking forward to our next visit!
