Galaxy Hakka and Indian cuisine

I have been a regular customer of this restaurant from the past 1 month but this time they have disappointed. I always had dine in where food quality is very good. However last night took a takeout for the first time and got the disappointment. Ordered egg fried rice and chicken Manchurian. But later found out there was no egg in the egg friend rice. It was just veg fried rice.

It’s a new Hakka resturant in Durham and we wanted to try it out. Honest feedback ( Not to criticize but hopefully they listen and improve ) 1. Service is very very slow for a Hakka resturant with minimal staff doing everything. 2. Food was tasty but very spicy and servers should ask customers for spice tolerance before hand and not assume it’s same for everyone. 3. Quantities of some of the dishes were very less for the price being charged compared to what other Hakka places offer. If you want to compete with them , you need to increase your quantity specially for items like soup and noodles.

I had a great experience at Galaxy Hakka and Indian Cuisine. The food is fantastic, and some of the best Chinese I’ve had. They offer a wide range of dishes, and everything is halal. The service is friendly and efficient, the prices are fair, and the ambiance is comfortable. Definitely worth a visit!

Not a place i will visit again. Placed a phone order at 7:40 and received the food at 8:30. Clearly this restaurant doesn’t know what Hakka Food is Chillie Chicken dry looks like a regular chicken curry. Its ok. But NOT WHAT i ordered. The quantity is vert small. The container is almost half empty The place looks nice, but its a restaurant. Needs to improve their food and quantity Disappointed.
