Traditionally served after weddings to symbolize good fortune, we want our light airy pancakes to brighten up your day. Fuwa Fuwa means “fluffy fluffy” in Japanese and that is the feeling you’ll get when having our pancakes. Originating from Japan, handcrafted soufflé pancakes are traditionally served at weddings and other celebrations. Fuwa Fuwa believes every day is a celebration – we want to celebrate the diversity of Toronto and share a little bit of Japanese culture with everyone. Each pancake is delicately balanced between a soufflé and traditional pancake; a modern take on a classic is the perfect dessert to share with a vibrant and diverse community.

I was floored by how nice the staff were. I came right before closing but they never pressured me to choose my items fast. They make the food on the spot (FRESH!) and deliver it to your table (giving me Japan vibes). I really like their new savory offerings, the croffles were our favourite.

It’s my first time to eat japanese style in Canada and i think it is really close to what i ate in Japan✌🏻This tiramisu flavor is not that sweet, just the right fit for my asian taste bud☺️~and i highly recommend the matcha Espresso! It tasted rich with this solid price for just $5cad!!! Btw I really appreciate for the service provided by Em and Carmen🥹They are so nice and warm♥️I really enjoyed the dessert tonight✨Although it is just like a pop up store aka food court style(?)instead of an official restautant, but i really love the staff and I can feel free to enjoy the food here!

my pregnant wife decided to buy the fuwa fuwa signature. Overall she was not happy about it, doesnt taste any special at all. It taste like a fluffy plain bread with some fruits on it. The cream on top had a little serving as well. I hope the serving size gets better knowing that the price for it is expensive.

Em was incredible! I could tell she’s truly enjoying the process, the pancakes looked and tasted better than I imagined! She never lost composure and was super welcoming and warm to all customers and therefore the court felt cosy and relaxing. I enjoyed my time. Thank you again Em! Keep the good work up! You deserve a raise ;)

We were visiting from US and this branch is the nearest to us, location is inside the mall and we spent 25 minutes looking for it. The pancakes were so good! I highly recommend the Tiramisu Soufflé if you like coffee-based dessert. The service we got from Em was top-notch, she was very patient and helpful explaining to us what we should order as first timers. The hunt was so worth it! She said Fuwa Fuwa is coming to Florida next year so it’s good news for us :)

Ordered the Soufflé pancake and a Salted Caramel Espresso Iced Coffee, and my sister got the Bacon & Egg croffle; it was so good!!!! The staff working (single staff) was so kind and so sweet. I also really appreciate how it’s made to order, so my sister and I had no problem waiting the estimated 10-15 min. Would recommend!!

We stopped in at STC to try the pancakes for the 1st time. I had the cookies & cream and my niece had the signature. They brought them to our table, and we're sold from our first bite. They're made fresh, super soft and fluffy, and quite filling! I like that the pancakes are not very sweet either. We have already talked about going back!

I've been seeing a lot of Japanese style pancakes on social media and have been meaning to try it but for some reason never did until recently. I would classify these more as desserts than breakfast to be honest. They are fluffy like little pillows and are enjoyable snacks. I wouldn't go out of my way for them but would definitely enjoy it whenever I'm nearby.
