I ordered the chicken sandwich from uber and it looked nothing like the photos!!!!!!!!! The picture had tomatoes and lettuce and it was cut in pieces. The sandwich I got was whole and just had chicken and gravy inside. Nothing else. Worst experience ever!

I tried the spicy chicken wings and it was delicious. The skin was very crispy and the meat was fresh and tender. Also, the fries were my favorite. Overall, I will come back to eat here because the price is affordable and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this place!!

Been a patron here since they opened in the plaza. I usually stick to their three-piece (western breading) meal and or wings meal. I’ve never dined-in always did take out so can’t really speak on the space but that the staff are always welcoming, kind and generous. Recently tried their mango slushy with a shot of guava and it was splendid! Defs recommend this spot if you’re in need of a “deep fried chicken” fix

Excellent fried chicken. Properly crispy and seasoned batter. Made fresh and at pre-pandemic prices. Can’t go wrong! The coleslaw was spot on with the sweetness to tart ratio. The fries were great too!

This is currently the only Fritou location in Ontario and they have done the chain a disservice. They certainly do not change their deep fryer oil as my chicken has a smelly, dark, burnt crust (see photo attached). Don't waste your time and money at this location.

I just paid $15 to get a foil tin full of fries and chopped up rotisserie chicken in gravy on on toasted white bread I ordered the hot chicken sandwich When I receive my food the sandwich couldn’t even maintain its shape the bread was so soggy from the gravy that the chicken just dripped off on my clothes. Their pictures on DoorDash and Uber Eats do not reflect how this restaurant makes their food not sure how to post the picture I wish you could see this.

Decided to try here for their 3rd Anniversary Promotion: $12.99 8Pc. + Fries [Plus free small slushie coupon] Food: We ordered their Regular and Western chicken; both were plain and basic. Especially salty... also had their regular fries and spicy fries; again plain and salty, as though they were bought from the grocery stores that can made at home. Even their spicy fries were basic despite the spices (which were not coated evenly). Their slushies on the other hand were good. Customer service: The wait time was atrocious! For a place that should be considered fast food; they are not. Customer service was not good. The owner had his teenage daughter take orders and she was not welcoming. They are unorganized and incompetent. While patiently waiting for our order, another couple walked in and ordered the same promotion but received their order first because the daughter had given our order to them; we overheard the owner lecture her saying that we were waiting first. Packaging: In terms of their packaging: Not very sturdy, but could be a part of an environmental initiative or to cut costs, can't say for sure. Which is possibly why they do not separate the fries from the chicken; just toss them all together in the flimsy box... Overall: This restaurant is small with roughly 10 tables for eating in. Accepts all forms of payment. Their menu is super expensive for such basic and salty food. In addition to poor customer service, definitely will not be coming back. Only gave them an extra star because of their free slushie.

We were the only customers when we arrived so no problem with service. The place's smell was funny or maybe that was a cleaning solution. Lots to choose from the menu, tried the chicken quesadilla and poutine. Didn't like any. It was okay but we've had better. The quesadilla didn't have enough cheese/filling. And the bell pepper didn't suit the taste. I'd probably come back and try the chicken which is the main dish but wouldn't order anything else.
