Freshii

We placed a mobile order and when we went there to pick it up the store was closed even though they were supposed to be open. Later when we called them we learned that they closed the store early as they didn’t have many customers coming in however they did not turn off the mobile order system! They told us that if we come back they would give us our refund in the form of gift card. We went back within an hour of the phone call and we were told that they had no gift cards left and there is no way of giving a refund. Then they told us that they would issue a refund on Monday however they did not. After writing a review here they finally decided to help and issue a refund. However, why did it have to be this hard to get our money back for an order that we didn’t even receive? Anyway thank you for the refund.

Healthy. Simply Healthy. The one Ive been going to in Stouffville. The staff is good and helpful. Especially when u have a specific diet, u cant find it here.

I ordered Buddha satay and my noodles were not cooked ! They were hard and inedible They offered me a refund but what good is a refund when you are at work without lunch I would choose a different location This location ruined freshii for me. They left me hungry, upset, and without closure Ridiculous that someone handled the noodles and still thought they were ok to serve. I showed them to several others and they all agreed it was not “al dente” they weee straight up hard and brittle Go somewhere else. This location is bootleg This does not meet up to the standards of the other freshii locations I have visited It seems like the owner is trying to cut corners and save money and it shows in the quality of their food. This should not be considered an actual freshii

This isn't so much a review of this particular franchise , I have not had an issue with the service, but the reason I will not be ordering freshii again is they have changed something about their meat... The chicken does not taste real, it has fake grill marks and a strange texture which makes me believe it's manufactured chicken breast, not a real cut of meat. This has become standard practice in the fast food chain restaurants but I expected freshii to hold it's ground. Profits over quality .. it's sad

Items did not look fresh at all - did not look safe to eat. Broccoli had started to rot and they hid it under other ingredients - I had to throw it out. I had to throw the chia pudding out too because the fruit was all brown and soggy. And the edamame had to be thrown out as well because it was sour. They also didn’t include avocado which I paid extra for. So upsetting. Update - just had to throw out the corn and beets too because they were also sour. Ended up throwing out half my bowl and being able to eat only 1/3 of what I paid for.

The food is very tasty. I love the salads and bowls. The customer service is really good too. However, this location is SO STINGY with ingredients and portions. I regularly eat at Freshii all over the city and GTA. At this location, it is such a battle to get the bowl you paid for filled, I’ve just stoped going. I intentionally order (and pay for) extra base such as kale etc. I end up getting a salad with half the original base removed, and the other extra I paid for replacing the portion that should have been there. The bowls are always only half way filled, I always raise this with the owner or whoever is on staff and they will correct it by adding food, but honestly why do customers have to battle for a bowl they paid for to be filled? Also, hearing “we portion to the Freshii standards” is annoying because I’ve never had this issue at another location. At other locations, When I get my salad or bowl, it’s so full it is pressed against the lid. At this location, the top of the salads don’t even come close to touching the lid. They are so so so stingy with base and ingredients. This is so frustrating - at least I am not the only one with this feedback! Too bad the issue never gets corrected.

Been eating at different freshii across gta, where Ever work takes me, this place makes the smallest freshii wrap I have had yet!, very stingy with their toppings. I even added chicken!

This location is amazing, they are always greeting you with smiles and good vibes. They listen to your order even if it’s specialized and are very accommodating. The falafels are always so good too!!! Would recommend the Baja bowl + falafel!
