Tried Freshii for the first time today. Overall just ok. Food was mediocre. I ordered the oaxaca bowl with falafel. Not bad but not good either. There was too much sauce and it was a little too sweet. Would be better with more avocado and corn. Was overpriced at $17, but at least its healthier than other fast food. Was surprised how high the calories are in all the dishes. I will come back to try again but I will order the bowl deal of the day for 9.99, plus protein for $2.99. Which should make it closer to $15 and a more reasonable price for a bowl of kale and rice. At regular price I can’t justify this food.

"I was really disappointed with my experience at Freshii. I noticed an employee (appeared to be an Indian guy) handling food without gloves, which is super unhygienic. When he saw me watching, he quickly put on gloves – clearly just for show. It feels like they're pretending to care about health standards. Definitely won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for genuinely clean, healthy food."

First time grabbing something from here and never again. The guy gave me no dressing on my two kale salads that costs over $11 each. Seriously? What a waste of money and an awful experience. Not even exaggerating, I stopped eating the zero dressing salad to write this review. Now I'm eating it because it's a waste of money if I don't and I'm hating this experience. Didn't need the napkins because there's no sauce. Tl;dr: No dressing on overpriced salad.

This is a tough one. First time ever eating their food. Looked great - clean, fresh, well presented without a question. Great tasting bowl - I got the steak bowl (see photo). The protein was great, just wished there was more. I'm 6ft/200 lbs. - this lunch was more of an appetizer for me or a starter salad. I do realize the concept of the restaurant, eating healthy and what not - but man, did I wish I had another bowl. I can recommend this bowl if you are maybe trying to loose weight and or eat healthier - but I don't believe I would re-order again to be honest. No offence.

Perfectly prepared bamboo bowl by well-trained efficient staff in a very clean restaurant makes for a perfect gluten-free lunch for a Celiac like me.

Update 2021: Still the worst restaurant in the neighborhood. Order doesn't match, over to that gives Rotten Avacado! Forget any customer service. 2018: Ordered through their app 20 mins before reaching the store, they made me wait for 10 mins more just to tell me that they don't carry what I've paid for. I told the guy to make something similar and still got the most tasteless bowl ever. Totally waste of time and money!

You can use the app and order in advance. There's something special about this chain of restaurants where you just walk out feeling fresh energized and just healthier. Well here it is again folks another freshii is opened up but this time far to the east of the GTA. Don't worry it's got the same wonderful selection with the same slightly longer than I want to kind of wait for food wait time. The interior at this location has very limited seating it's more of a freshii Express experience. The staff is very friendly the facility's quite clean.
