Not one to complain but let’s just say customer service needs help! Was spoken to rudely. Very tight and give very little in the bowls and barely any sauce. Have been going to Freshii for a very long time. Will drive the extra to go to a different one next time!

I went yesterday to order the chicken ceaser wrap for my daughter and when I open it , it was different wrap and very untasteful one . So I went back with my daughter again and asked for chicken wrap . They were rude , gave me lots of attitude saying I pronounced incorrectly when I ordered , so funny 🤣Eventually they made that wrap and when my daughter start eating and made only 3 bites she said it’s very bad and it seems like it’s not good so I bite myself and also the taste indeed was very very bad . So what happens after it’s unreal , within one hour my 9 year old child start throwing up 5 times and her stomach was killing us both . We went to emergency and now are back home . We got poisoning from the wrap ! I will be calling the owners of this place and will demand to apologize for the hell that my small daughter went through . Stay away from this place if you don’t want your children to be poisoned . I am still haven’t received reply from the owner do this place to apologize that they poison out family . I did send email to email earlier was provided but still nobody has decency to get back to me . I will be contacting Health Department to fully investigate this particular location as it’s simply beyond any comprehension!

Tried Freshii for the first time today. Customer service was friendly and made me feel very welcome. The nice man working was very patient with my millions of questions and mods. I ordered the Budda bowl, fruit bowl and Chia pudding. Was 😋 delicious!! The Budda bowl will now be my new go-to! I will definitely be back!

Just stepped into the new Freshii spot. The menu's got everything – salads, wraps, bowls, and killer smoothies. The place has cool vibes and excellent customer service. Highly recommend everyone to try this place at least once; you will surely love it.
