Got a reservation here for a group of 5 when nowhere else had a reservation available on the evening of December 23rd. Great place to sit over for a conversation with food. The place didn’t crowd too much even around dinner time. Service was prompt and attentive. Among other things we ordered: sweet potato fries, Beach Bowl, Buffalo Cauliflower, Goddess Bowl, Bbq burgers, Crispy Dumplings and juices. Everything was nice but not a single option for non-vegetarians though we knew beforehand and that’s the reason for a 4 star rating for food.

This place awesome, we’ve been coming here for a long time. Their crispy cauliflower tacos are our favourite, and the hot sauce they make in house is great. The veggie burger is a staple, tried their spilt pea soup today which tasted homemade. We also have their Joy tonic beverage and their homemade ginger ale. Everything is delicious and the prices are very reasonable.

Glad we decided to try Fresh Kitchen. The food was very tasty, and well priced. We started with the Crispy Dumpling - well flavoured. The Goddess Bowl is well designed, but I like my vegetables firmer. The Cobb Salad was also delicious but had a little too much dressing. Also had the Green 2.0 juice, which was tasty. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The decor is trendy but a bit of a mixed bag.

Definitely worth a try! Excellent plant based food options. We had powerhouse bowl and tiger bowl. Both were delicious. Tofu slices in powerhouse bowl were so flavourful I couldn’t imagine. Amazing experience. I reduced 1 star as the poutine we tried wasn’t good, lack of cheesiness. Otherwise bowls were delicious. Would definitely visit again to try on other food options.

I've eaten here twice now both take out and dine in. In both cases for lunch. My take is that the vibes are good. As a new vegan I need places like this that can show me how to do vegan food right. I love most of the food there. I'm not into the juices but if it's your thing you can watch them make it fresh. The food is a bit pricey, but not bad given it's high quality vegan food in the heart of Toronto. The French fries are about the same you'd get from a place like Swiss chalet. Hand cut, and fresh. My one complaint whould be that it's pretty slow. I may have just been showing up at the lunch rush in both cases, but it takes awhile to get the food out even if it's just a sandwich. I suspect this is more to do with the quality of the food than the speed of the cook staff. You may want to order ahead of you can or place your order in advance if slipping in for a lunch break.

Fresh restaurant truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was charmed by the cozy and cute atmosphere. The decor is trendy yet inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing meal. The menu offers a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options, catering to all dietary preferences. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was top-notch. Everything I tried was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommend!

This place has a cute vibe to it. I’ve never been, but my bf has. We got an array of food that was topped off with some incredible desserts, like the carrot cake, which I would say is the best I’ve ever had. My only complaint is that the server wasn’t very attentive to our table, as I’d prefer. We sat for a good 20 minutes after our dessert was finished until we finally saw her and managed to pay.
