I had an amazing experience at Fresh Burrito at lakeshore. The vibrant flavors and friendly service really stood out, thanks to Jay the owner, who made my visit memorable. I tried the Jerk Chicken Burrito, Chicken Cheesy Nachos, Spicy Habanero Chicken Bowl, and Garlic Shrimp Tacos. Each dish was fresh and bursting with flavor. The burrito was perfectly spiced, and the tacos were a zesty delight. With great quality at reasonable prices, it’s definitely worth a visit!

I ordered from here a few weeks ago and hadn't had time to leave a review. I ordered their special buy one get one chicken burrito bowl on Uber. It was very disgusting. Nothing about it was fresh. I had to immediately dispute the meal. Initially when I took a bite I thought they gave me the wrong Order because there was something in it that looked like ground beef but it wasn't. Whatever it was made my throat itchy. Had to throw it out immediately. Disgusting

I recently visited your fresh burrito store and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the ordering process a breeze. I appreciated the variety of fresh ingredients to choose from, which allowed me to customize my burrito exactly to my liking. The flavors were vibrant, and the portion size was generous. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal. I’ll definitely be returning soon for another delicious burrito!

I was really disappointed with my experience here. For the price, the quality just isn’t there. The ingredients, especially the veggies and sauces, felt low quality. I specifically asked for my burrito to be spicy, but it had no hot sauce inside. I won't be returning. Good luck. Adding this line after your careless reply to a customer: I had a terrible experience with my recent order for a regular-sized veggie burrito, which cost me $20.33. The online ordering system was confusing, especially with terms like "bogo" that weren’t explained at all. Making excuses doesn’t help with customer service. To top it off, you replied to me and told I’d have to pay extra just to have the veggies sautéed!, this seems more like a money grab than a genuine service. It’s really frustrating!!! You need a coach back from your head office.

I highly recommend this restaurant, friendly staff and a nice cozy place to eat in. I ordered Large Steak Bowl and Extra Ground Beef on the side. The Steak is flavored excellently, and the ground beef is NOT too salty and have nice texture to it. The lady that served me have great customer service, I said all the toppings on it "some topping I want a bit more of, while others I said give me a bit of it", and she followed that to the tee. Courteous Service and great tasting food. Would eat here again.

This place is truly outstanding for its nachos, burritos, and fries. The establishment is impeccably clean, and the staff members are both friendly and considerate.
