I recently visited Fresh Burrito and tried their veggie bowl, and it was absolutely fantastic! The bowl was packed with a vibrant mix of fresh vegetables, perfectly seasoned rice, and topped with flavorful beans, salsa, and a generous scoop of guacamole. Every ingredient was fresh and tasted so much better than any other veggie bowl I've had. The balance of textures and flavors was spot-on! I was also served by Prem Patel, who went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was perfect. It's clear that Prem takes pride in what he does, and it made the whole experience feel even more special. Highly recommend this veggie bowl and the service from Prem. I'll definitely be coming back!

I just ordered supreme fries with add on chicken, i asked her to make the fries and chicken well done, extra sauce. She remembered to charge me for extra stuff but forgot about the well done fries and chicken. Fries and chicken is raw from inside i can taste the raw potato. May be she just cared about the extra charges and didn't care a bit about the instructions that i gave, I specifically told her that fry the chicken and fries for 2 minutes extra and it turns out i paid $19 for raw food. If this is your service then i don't think you know the meaning of customer service.

Inedible dinner waste of $60 I have been ordering from here for about a year now. I always get the same thing.. last Thursday I ordered my burrito bowl and it was stupidly spicy, as if they poured the hot sauce in from a jug, moving the rice to the side just revealed a giant pool of hot sauce. I had to throw the food in the garbage. It was completely inedible. I asked for a refund and it was refused. So as a result I'll probably never order from here again. If your employees can't doll out spice as ordered and with common sense, then they shouldn't be employed. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Because it was delivery I was shafted.

We had a catering order for a large group, a taco bar for which their manager and the crew went above and beyond; everything was well thought of and complete. Food tasted delicious and everyone was complimenting the choice of steak, habanero chicken and regular chicken tacos. We have more than enough of everything. I would definitely return if I ever pass by again. Special shout out to the manager for very professional and helpful.

This place is solid. Great food, good service, and everything was fresh. I would definitely recommend. Also, they are one of the few places in Durham that is open late.

Great taste. Definitely recommend. It’s so fresh and tasty. Dine in with mu family on weekends and everyone likes the food and service. The guy was super friendly and flexible to make the food the way we like. Absolutely gems in town. I ll visit it soon when i ll be there.
