Service was great and the burger tasted high quality. The beef used is great, well seasoned, and the bun has the perfect texture, toasted underside without butter for that extra crunch. Burger sauce tasted really good too, it has a tang. Fries are seasoned (salt) and cooked well (russet potato), crispy exterior and pillowy interior.

Tried this place for lunch, the workers are extremely helpful and care about the food they put out. The burgers were made to order and were cooked perfectly. The toppings etc looked fresh and tasted great. The only downside here was the pop machine was flat (maybe an issue which was uncontrollable) but the team gave us a pop from the fridge so no complaints here. The place is extremely clean, the washrooms were great, and i would definately go back if you want a delicious meal quickly.

2024 July 3★ Another burger place. It's ok. Nothing really special. Nothing bad. Prime burger $9.79 Burger are juicy. Contents of the burger appear fresh and tasted fresh. Overall, not bad. Free parking on the side/back.

Burgers are delicious! Really tasty meat and sauce. We had the poutine which was delicious and the Cali fries. We enjoyed both but the Cali fries were a little greasy from the onions and sauce separating from the heat of the fries. The floor was also very sticky and that definitely grossed me out.

Stopped in as I was craving a nice burger for a change from all the Asian food that is readily available in the area. I got the Prime Burger and classic poutine and they were both delicious. The burger was juicy and flavourful, while the poutine was very traditional and also delicious - maybe not Montreal delicious, but still definitely worth grabbing. I would recommend it easily! Best veggie burger ever,the fries were super delicious, the fresh burger is so good as well, and the Nestea are super cold and refreshing. I like everything about this place. So delicious.It is worth it!

One of the best burgers I've had in a while. Incredibly friendly team that was working with urgency to get orders out quickly during a very busy lunch time, and I can see why. The burger was juicy and packed full of flavour. They aren't made frozen patty's making them taste extra fresh. To top it off, the fries were delicious! I will definitely be back for more.

Great burger and worth a try for those close to any location. I've been to the Richmond Hill location multiple times and I will say this is one of my top favourite burger joints. It was exciting to see a new location open and I went during the opening weekend. The location was packed and busy requiring a wait of over an hour which their online system told us about. The burger came out as expected however the fries were cold and not up to par that I am expecting. Given the craziness of opening weekend, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
