My sister and I went for NYE and had a great time! Angela, our server was very attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious and plentiful. The party favours and live music added to the festive atmosphere. A minor quibble - the pacing of the food was a bit too fast with each course coming as soon as the plates from the previous course were cleared. Despite this, would definitely return!

Came here for NYE 2024 and had the best time. Our server Elona was amazing, some of the best service I’ve seen in a while! The food was great especially considering it was New Years and very busy. A live jazz band serenaded us through the evening which was lovely. All around a 10/10 experience, the best value for price when looking around this new years! We will be back!

Overall the Christmas Eve dinner was amazing. The oysters and tuna tartare were so delicious, super fresh and good portions. What was very disappointing about the appetizers was the scallops. $26 for 2 small scallops (that’s the portion of one dish) is crazy and they were overcooked. We got the cote de boeuf for main and it was awesome! The wait for the dishes was quite long on Christmas Eve and I think the restaurant needs to hire more servers/kitchen staff because they seemed very overwhelmed. We got an extra free fries for our wait which was nice! I really enjoyed my experience! The bottle of Palmer champagne was fire and the service was very attentive as much as possible with how busy they were!

During my recent stay at the Hilton Downtown Toronto, I decided to try the new Frenchy lobby bar restaurant on my first night and wow, was I blown away! 🙂 The Tuna Niçoise Salad was absolutely divine. Hats off to the chef for crafting such a flavorful and beautifully presented dish. It was one of the best salads I’ve ever had! My classic dry vodka martini was prepared to perfection, exactly the way I like it, smooth, crisp, and spot on. To top it all off, the service was exceptional. A huge shoutout to Kevin, my server, who was kind, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. If you haven’t visited Frenchy yet, you’re truly missing out. This place is a gem! Highly recommended!!!

If you’re looking for a chic spot in Toronto with total Instagram vibes, Frenchy is it! I had the 2-course prix-fixe menu and OMG, the Caesar salad was next level—thick, juicy bacon that beats anything from my local butcher! Then came the fish and chips… hands down some of the crispiest, tastiest fish I’ve ever had. Plus, the fries? Chef’s kiss. Frenchy’s mix of upscale, modern French flair makes it a place I’m absolutely coming back to! If you love good food and cute aesthetics, you gotta check it out.

This is our favorite place to have a nice meal in a relaxing atmosphere. The food is excellent and the service is superb! I would just prefer a little bit less of salt. The atmosphere is always relaxing. Most of the time, they have fantastic musicians or dj's who perform live. Last night, there was a duo; one played bass and one vocalist that played percussions, too. They were fantastic and jazzy, and they made me get up from the table and dance! We love this place, and we want to go there every time when we are in Toronto.

When I tell you, this might be the single best meal I’ve ever had, I’m not exaggerating! Every bite left us absolutely gobsmacked—the flavors were out of this world. We paired the meal with a bottle of bubbly and a couple of expertly crafted cocktails, which elevated the experience even further. The service was just as exceptional as the food, with a team of staff who were both attentive and incredibly kind. From start to finish, it was a dining experience that will be hard to top.

Loved this place! A bit pricey but the food was absolutely worth it. The only reason this isn’t a 5/5 is the waiter accidentally dropped a glass on the table which shattered all over my boyfriend. He was ok! Just definitely not fun having broken glass all over you and the floor
