I had the Kafka dinner. It was very delicious, the meat was juicy and savoury. Freddy served me some complementary lentil soup (which was very good) and he was very hospitable and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!

Flank steak in a pita pocket was served hot and tender. The cheese sauce was nice condiment for the meat. Lamb on my next visit. Highly recommended. Quick and pleasant service.

Amazing new place on James St N to try! Delicious food and great service. I got the vegetarian plate with lentil soup. Added an extra beef hummus dish. So much food!

Good was great! Butt humus... texture was perfect but was too lemony. It was too acidic/sour. Otherwise salads and chicken Shwarma was great. I would go back!

We had a delicious and healthy vegetarian meal here with an excellent lentil soup, fabulous baba ganoush, nice (not oily) falafels. They have a great pita wrap (with nice onions & garlic sauce on the side) and the vegetarian plate is excellent. Both the waitress and owner were very attentive and personable.

Thank you for such a wonderful experience. The delicious lentil soup, the sauces, the pitta, with friendly staff, cute booths and soft piano jazz playing makes for a repeat customer. I will probably repeat again, thanks so much.

I absolutely adore Palestinian food, which is why I was SO excited for Freddy’s to finally open near my building! Happy to report that the food lived up my own hype. The owner and staff are wonderful, they went out of their way to make a meal out of a simple falafel order by adding salad and hummus. I don’t love falafel too much but these were genuinely delicious, especially served with the hummus and warm pita. The lamb dishes look equally delectable and I am excited to try out more of their menu!

I got the Chicken Souvlaki with Fries and 'Salad'. I also got Espresso-quality Coffee at an affordable $2.65 price with free refills which is is fantastic! Service was amazing and they made you feel very welcome. My only complaints are the portions are a tiny bit small + overpriced for the Chicken Souvlaki you get and they charge 'extra' for a Greek Salad otherwise you get a 'Garden salad'. I would think I get a Greek salad by default at a Mediterranean restaurant so was slightly disappointed since before this place, La Luna never charged extra on any salad option you chose. Overall I would visit again and I hope the owners take the feedback to heart.
