Went here for lunch. The staff member was very attentive. I was randomly just looking around the place while seated and they asked if I was ok etc. Got the tomato beef noodle soup. It had mustard greens which I felt really stood out. My colleague had the braised beef noodle soup. We both loved how tender the beef was. Would head back.

One of the best mini hotpot in town. They have a huge portion with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend spicy beef and tomato soup base. Their service is not very good. But the food has nothing to complain. Your should pay by cash so you can get 10% off.

Szechuan Dan Dan noodles, popcorn chicken and snow cake are a good mix of salty spicy sweet. Eat snow cake together with the main dish. Cleans the palate before another bite of spicy noodles and salty meat. Would be nicer if available in smaller portion with cheaper price for solo guest. Nice wall decor/partitions.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at four four south village and I must say, their beef noodles are nothing short of exceptional. The rich, savory broth is incredibly flavorful, simmered to perfection with a blend of aromatic spices. The beef is tender and succulent, practically melting in your mouth. The noodles themselves are perfectly cooked, offering just the right amount of chewiness. Each bite is a harmonious blend of textures and tastes, making it clear why this dish is so celebrated. The cozy ambiance of the restaurant adds to the overall experience, making it a perfect spot for a comforting meal. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. For anyone visiting at four four south village for their famous beef noodles is an absolute must. It’s a true taste of culinary excellence.😃

I had an incredible dining experience at this Taiwanese restaurant! The braised beef, tendon, and tripe rice was absolutely divine, with each bite melting in my mouth. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced. The red bean snowflake jelly dessert was a delightful end to the meal, offering a refreshing and sweet contrast. Additionally, the service was outstanding. The owner and the staff were very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a true taste of Taiwan. I will definitely pay another visit when I come back to Toronto again.

I worked in Taiwan for three years, so I can guarantee this is definitely not authentic Taiwanese beef noodle soup. The servers barely provided any service and just chatted among themselves. The tables were greasy, and we had to call for a server several times to place our order. I can't believe they had the nerve to demand an 18% tip. They don't deserve any tips at all. This is a Chinese restaurant disguised as Taiwanese, and the noodles taste more like Chinese cuisine. I will never come back in my lifetime.

Really yummy food! We got the tomato beef hotpot, popcorn chicken bento and braised beef noodle soup to share. We loved the tomato beef hotpot dish the most because the broth was so flavourful, you could really taste the tomato. Plus, it wasn’t too salty. I also liked the popcorn chicken in the bento box as well as the potato and mustard pickles. I love rice, but I didn’t like the white rice that was served with it. The Spicy beef noodle soup was great as well, though in the heavier side, as expected. The interior of the restaurant is very cute too, so it’s definitely worth a visit!
