Foodex tiffins

I got one veg and one non veg for my friend, cause I saw the 5* rating. Non-veg is definitely more than overpriced for its bad taste since they just put chicken in every curry you can think of. They don’t follow good on their meal schedule and keep missing items. I got my food stolen a couple of time since they just left it outside in lobby ( residential building ). The worst thing about them is they rarely compensate even though it’s been their mistake. Not worth at all, cause you will be getting ready to order your food online a few times a month when either your tiffin will suck or will get stolen due to incompetent delivery and they will stop picking up your calls pretty soon.

The food is great and they provide adequate quantities BUT... My experience wasn't entirely great. I bought a non veg trial plan for a day and another weekly non veg trial plan. They messed up my order twice. I didn't receive certain items. The person I was speaking to stopped picking up my calls, barely any communication or transparency. No apologies for messing up my order and wasting my time. Although in the end, they sent me the missing items a few days later, the lack of communication and transparency (refusing to pick up my calls, etc.) didn't leave a good first impression. If they improve in those two areas, I'll definitely order from them again.

Great food service specially if you have a busy routine and are always on the go! They are super accommodating and the food is hygienic and healthy. They make the best curries with balanced spices and gol rotis lol. Sometimes comes with candies. Best home made food service experience I have had so far.
