隆江猪脚饭是广东潮汕地区的著名美食，得名于原产地惠来县隆江镇，其名由来，最早可追溯到唐代。 相传，韩愈被贬潮州任职时，百姓安居乐业，当地富商为了替老百姓感谢他，特地请来名厨为其做了一份猪脚饭。 韩愈吃过猪脚饭之后对其肥而不腻的口感赞不绝口，并赐名“隆江猪脚饭”，从此隆江猪脚饭名扬四海。

Scammy place, please avoid. When we ordered takeout the cashier told us it would be weighed without the bones. However, they sneakily hid two huge pieces of bones (which weighs more than half of the entire container) at the bottom, which we only found out after getting home. This is all we got for $17, over half of it are inedible.

Came to check out this pork knuckle once the hype died down. Located inside FMP in the unit right next to Presotea. I got myself the Longjiang pork knuckle rice combo which came w/ soup or pop. The rice box came w/ cabbage, a marinated egg, pickled mustard greens, tofu and the pork knuckle over a bed of short grain rice. They also threw in a small container of pickled radishes. I quite liked it! The pork knuckle meat was super tender, the sauce was not too salty and they put an ample amount over the rice. The cabbage was very basic steamed prep. I really enjoyed the tofu. I think I would prolly order some more tofu on the side next time. Soup was chicken-based and had a very strong ginger taste. The pickled radishes were tasty but imo, they were "overly pickled" which might be a turn-off for some folks. Nice value meal! A good change-up when I don't wanna grab my chinese bbq lunch box from Extra BBQ in the food court.

I ordered a pork hock rice box with an extra portion of pork hock. The pick hock had no bones and they were tender. Definitely will buy again.

Pork hock is really soft and tasty, not at all grease. It comes with some veggies, egg and a little side dish. The soup is incredibly delicious!

I thought everything tasted great. Both the pig intestine and pork hock were super tender and flavorful. The soup and the pickled radish were also superb. The pickled radish was very garlicky, so if you are not a garlic lover, it is not for you. $10.99 for the rice with two toppings and $2.99 to make it a combo with a side of pickled radish and either a soup or a pop!

Welcome this food shop to FMP food court. Also glad to see one more food shop enjoying a long queue. (The other two food shops are those two BBQ houses). The pork hoc is soft and tasty, not too salty. The pig intestines are also tasty but can be preserved longer to rid the unfavourable smell. A star is withheld to expect improvements. It seems that Northeast Chinese rice (or pearl rice) is used. This offers a pleasant extra layer of texture. After all, worth a try. Expect a long queue.

New location at FMP. Have tried it a couple of times now and both times were great. The latest was last week. They have Tasty pork hock. Get the combo. The soup and picked radish are soooo good. I could drink a whole pot of this soup all by myself, in one sitting. 🤤😋❤️ Comfort food at its finest. We waiting about 10min in line to order but it is worth it. Definitely would recommend this place if you are at FMP.
