I ordered from Flavour Fuel today for the first time and got a chicken & cheese panini. It was absolutely delicious! The bread had the perfect balance of a toasted crunch while still being soft, and the chicken portion was generous without being overwhelming. Every bite was packed with amazing flavour. And the staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommend! Bonus - they do A LOT of good for the community.

I visited Flavour Fuel for the first time today as I was finally in the area and I have heard a lot of good things from people. I wasn’t expecting it to be a little place in the parking lot of the gas station but that seems to be where all the good finds are! Unassuming but delicious 🤫 They lived up to the hype! This is the biggest wrap I’ve ever gotten in my life - when I say it’s the size of a Chipotle burrito I’m not exaggerating … maybe even slightly bigger. The veggies were crunchy, the sauces were great. I asked for a side of buffalo since it can vary greatly depending on the place but I LOVE their buffalo with the chicken bacon ranch wrap. I got a tub of the chicken salad to eat with crackers at work. Only one thing would make it better - being closer so I can come more often! WE NEED A NIAGARA FALLS LOCATION!

Tasty, hearty, healthy food, and super friendly staff. They have food options for every dietary restriction I can think of, which I can appreciate even though I don't need to worry about avoiding anything specific. The sandwich was packed with meat, which you can't find anywhere these days, and the carrot cake was super moist.

Dropped in for lunch on the way to Crystal Beach. Muffeleta sandwich was on special and absolutely huge, tasty, well worth the price. Also got the chicken salad sandwich, egg salad sandwich, and Tex Mex burrito (some for the next day). The burrito was a bit wet and too sweet for our tastes. The salad sandwiches were excellent; the chicken salad sandwich was very very good and a great snack to bring along. They held up well in the fridge overnight.

The muffin was the best one I have ever had! It was moist and fluffy. This place sells quality products! The other desserts were okay, but not very good; one looked impressive though. Prices: My three items came to under $20.

This place is 10 out 5 stars! Everytime I go I can never decide what I want because everything sounds delicious and fresh! And everything I've tried was sooo good that I just want that again but I keep trying new items from the menu and it just keeps getting better and better! Today was the Bacon Chicken Ranch wrap! Holy!!! From the very first bite all the way through you are literally filled with flavour fuel! Every bite is packed with pure goodness. Wraps are packed and ingredients are soo fresh. I took one bite on my drive home and ended up finishing it all because I could not stop! It's that good! Major bonus is most if not all the food is good for you and leaves you feeling energized . Even the desserts!!! Tried the zucchini pecan chocolate chip muffin! Sooo good soft and moist and packed with flavour! And ofcourse I couldn't decide on one so I also got the sugar free turtle cheese cake! So light but rich. Ohh I'm soo content right now. If you haven't been yet. You gotta try it out! It gets addictive! The service is extremely welcoming and homey. Everything about this spot feels sooo good. Amazing place ! 👍🏻👍🏻
