Can’t complain about the food, because it was really good. Even the server was alright. Its mid December, and its cold outside; they didn’t have the heaters on. I asked our server about the heater, she said it won’t work for now. Attaching washroom pictures. They don’t even have a hand towel or dryer in the washroom. Washroom is totally messed up.

This was a roller coaster of an experience. We went at 8pm on a Saturday night and walking up the stairs it felt like the place was out of business. We were the only one's there and sat near the stage. The atmosphere and live music was really nice. The food came out quickly even though there was a misunderstanding of our order. It wasn't the best, but it was beautifully presented. They also do NOT have any soda. Just water and alcohol to drink. Thought that was strange. They were out of goat as well. Disappointed but not a deal breaker. Overall, I'd probably try one of the other Indian restaurants around.

We absolutely enjoyed our meal here at Flavors and spices and as the name depicts you're getting all of that in your food. Our host and server Daman was sweet and had great customer service and the chef was really nice as well. This was our first food stop here in Niagra Falls and we were happy we chose to dine here.

This is our second visit, I must say the taste remains the same. Amazing food, especially the chicken tikka—it was authentic Delhi style! Our server, Sucharita, was really sweet and suggested the best items when asked. Kudos for the great service and delicious food! Last time when I visited we had Veg Biryani and Chicken tikka and today we had noodle crunchy spring rolls and chicken tikka.

My husband and I were very pleased with our visit. We were surprisingly the only people in the restaurant when we arrived. The entrance is downstairs but there isn't a sign to proceed upstairs, just a hostess stand. We ran into some confused folks when we were leaving that weren't sure if they should go upstairs either. The Butter chicken on the rocks was delicious, as was the red pepper garlic Naan. My husband got Chili chicken which was a little chewy, but still had good flavor. I had a few mixed drinks which were fairly good, but not what was on menu which they are in the process of updating. The atmosphere was great, I loved the Indian music they were playing when we arrived, but then they changed to something like soft pop music. The venue itself is beautiful. Unless there is a secret elevator, this venue is not accessible as you do have to be able to walk upstairs to get to the restaurant. They do have a handful of free parking spaces on the side of the building.

We celebrated today here. The staff over here are very kind, supportive, and frankly. I love the food, which is provided by them. This place is very spacious and neat and clean too. I am highly recommend this place for celebrating your precious moments here with your loved ones. Thank you so much flavor's owner and staff for this beautiful and memorable service.

Flavors & Spices was a very average restaurant, which I would truthfully give 2.5 stars to. When we first came, we debated staying or leaving, but it was late and we were tired, so we stayed. We ordered Palak Aloo Shammi, Veg Manchurian, Achari Soya Chaap, Paneer Tikka Masala, Dal Makhani, and Garlic and Butter Naans. The food was okay, to be honest. The Palak Aloo Shammi was my favorite item because it had a tasty, soft texture. The Achari Soya Chaap was not chewy like most Soya Chaaps, but the Veg Manchurian was bad. The Dal Makhani tasted like any regular Dal Makhani, and same with the Paneer Tikka Masala. The naans were soft in the middle, and slightly crispy around the edges, which was nice. The food was somewhat good, but the portion sizes are pretty small. What I really did not like about Flavors & Spices was the cleanliness, and ambience. We were seated outside, and the table had some strange stains on it, and the water jug we were given seemed dirty. The male washroom was disgusting, and the female washroom was okay, but 3 out of 4 toilets were not flushed. Our plates and cutlery were clean, thankfully. The staff is very friendly. We were given complimentary snacks before our main courses arrived. However, our food took a relatively long time to arrive despite there being barely any customers in the restaurant. The prices seem regular at first, but when you see the portions of the food, it is not very reasonable. Overall, I would not revisit this restaurant unless I absolutely had no other choice. The food was alright, but the rest wasn’t great.

a very beautiful atmosphere! we specifically asked to be seated in the patio, you could see the skyline, and amazing view from where we were seated; we even were delighted to be seeing fireworks at 10:00! our server always checked up on us, and made sure we were happy with our food and experience! the food was amazing! the spices and aroma was everything! the background music was light and brought great comfort when eating. we dined-in and the atmosphere by the patio shares a beautiful for chat with friends. 5/5 stars for sure! our server was navi!
