The food here was excellent. I had the jerk chicken in white rice with Oxtail gravy on the rice. The meat was so tender it was falling off the bone. It had a nice spice and actually tasted like jerk chicken. My daughter had the jerk chicken Alfredo pasta and it was delicious. Saucy and full of flavor. I will definitely come back here and try other dishes. The customer service was also nice and pleasant.

I ordered Alfredo pasta with jerk chicken and shrimp, as well as coco bread with salmon. Unfortunately, the wait time for my order was an exceptionally long 45 minutes. When my food finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that the sandwich was cold and the pasta was barely warm. I was also surprised to see that the shrimp had been cut in half, as I had seen pictures online of people receiving whole shrimp with their orders. It appeared as though someone in the kitchen had taken a bite of each shrimp before serving them to me, leaving me only the tails. I'll definitely have to pass on this place.

Make time today to visit this restaurant—I’m IN LOVE! I don’t even live in Brampton, but I would travel there just to eat here again. The portion sizes were huge, and they definitely didn’t skimp on anything! The jerk chicken and shrimp in the pasta were incredibly satisfying. I went yesterday (Thursday) for lunch and also ordered the red pea soup on the side. I can confidently say this is the best red pea soup I’ve ever had from a restaurant. I wish I had taken pictures before I started eating! The attached photos are the best I could manage after half the pasta was gone. Honestly, it’s rare to find a restaurant with both outstanding customer service and delicious food, so I’m truly impressed!

Today I had a craving...and Flava Pot did not disappoint...I had an akee and saltfish breakfast and I just had a few bites but had ro write this review. Food is beyond fresh, flavourful and authentic. Thanks to Shanique and Chef Wayne who are both gentle and kind souls. Chef Wayne is proud of his food and so humble. Menu is posted and they do catering.! Will be back soon!

Had their breakfast, as you can see I had to take the picture fast before I finished it. The food was so good, the porridge was delicious. We were offered a sample of the owners cucumber and ginger and pineapple and ginger drinks( natural drinks) - very good. The staff is very friendly. The service overall was great. I will be recommending my friends to come to Flava Pot Cuisine!

Excellent food...tastes great.Staff is very friendly.Very clean.Prices are reasonable and variety is great!! There aren't many Caribbean restaurants that actually taste like quality Jamaican food in Brampton, but this is one of them and maybe my favourite right now. The food is consistently good and worth a trip if you desire delicious food.

I went to purchase my groceries and I saw the Grand opening sign and decided to give Flava Pot a try. When you enter you smell the delicious foods. The foods are visible at the front with plenty of food options. The staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean/tidy. I ordered a Shrimp & Jerk Chicken Alfredo Pasta and a large BBQ Chicken with Rice & Peas and Plantain which totaled to $30 plus tax. The prices are affordable. The food was delicious and full of flavour. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be going back.
