The bacon cheeseburger is DELECTABLE! So far the best burger I’ve ever had and will definitely be coming back. Everything is cooked and seasoned perfectly. The fries are super duper yummy - they overload the bag so you’re certainly getting your moneys worth! If you get a drink, you have free refills which is fantastic.

Excellent burgers but service is horrible, if you don’t tip you will wait 3 people behind you before your burger, then you will get a laugh by serving staff. Excellency for customer service .

I recently visited the Five Guys location and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've had at any of their branches. The dining area was notably dirty, giving an unpleasant vibe. It seems like having a dedicated dining room person could greatly improve the cleanliness. Moreover, the service left much to be desired. The employees, particularly the ladies, displayed a concerning level of attitude. Requesting mayonnaise shouldn't result in an employee literally throwing it onto the table. This behavior felt rude and unprofessional. I believe the management should address these issues promptly. Improving customer service and maintaining a clean environment are crucial for the overall experience. I hope these concerns are taken seriously for the betterment of the establishment.

They really make a deliciously fresh burger and fries. Always so mouthwateringly tasty, service at this location was top notch. Staff were very polite, kind and helpful. The restaurant was very well kept and clean. As were the bathrooms. There’s plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. Would definitely recommend this location.

I love Five Guys but NOT this location. I was asked to tip for a pickup order which absurd. Pay your employees. I’ll pay a few more bucks if I have to. I’m there to pay for the food, not your employees. Also, the staff didn’t clean the grill before cooking my burgers. Look at that nasty grill and restaurant was almost empty. There is no reason to cook the meat on a dirty grill.

Such a shame giving the love of my burger chain a low rating here, but it’s justified. When rating franchises you want to judge the rating against the franchise as a whole and other franchises (inter and intra!). In this case, my man at the front totally bombed the checkout at front case and left me hanging there waiting for a burger he never fully punched in. Double-triple the time waiting at the establishment with no compensation is a 2-star in my book.
