Unreliable. Ordered 4 weeks of this meal delivery service. There is no consistency or updates as to when the meals will be delivered. Arrives past 9:30pm on a Sunday. This past Sunday, the delivery didn’t come at all, despite emailing the company asking for an update and staying awake past 11pm to wait for the delivery. I received an email the following day with no apology, and an email saying that it will be delivered that evening. I told the company I would not be home: and asked for a refund. As I had to purchase meals all throughout the work day, and the delivery didn’t arrive. I never received a response back. The service went ahead and delivered the meals still, with full knowledge that I would not be home in the evening. The meals sat in a lobby for 2 hours, unrefrigerated. I’ve continued to ask for a refund due to: - inconsistency of the delivery time (arrives past 9:30pm on a Sunday, if you’re lucky it even arrives that day) - no updates as to when the delivery will arrive each week, unless you email to ask - did not arrive on the day it was suppose to with zero communication or an apology - entire weeks worth of meals were ruined waiting in a lobby for 2 hours I do not write reviews online, I do not wish to speak poorly about a small business, however, I am not receiving adequate support in this major issue on the companies end. I require a refund.

I’ve been ordering 15 meal package for 7 weeks now (going on 8 weeks, and likely continuing for at least another several weeks) My experience is as follows: 1. Communication/Customer Service: I have been emailed at a pretty consistent time every week for pick up. When I did have an issue (it was only a swap in meal - both were beef, so this was by no means any inconvenience or problem whatsoever), they emailed me back immediately and offered me two options: to swap it for me if I returned back to the storefront since I elected for pick up method or receive a complimentary protein snack at next order for the inconvenience (I chose this option and the snack was delicious!). Overall communication and service is quick and very friendly over email and in person! Food / Taste: I personally like the food a lot! a few select options are slightly more “plain tasting” (but in an effort to eat healthier and not saturate foods with a ton of sauce, sugar or sodium etc) - this was a positive experience! And note that I still re-ordered these similar style items in subsequent weeks, while other items are a bit more flavourful / saucy so I was pleased with the varying options with majority not having “too many ingredients” in the meals Convenience: the biggest factor for me personally is not having to think or worry about cooking, prepping, etc. super convenient (both the original packaging with lids and the new sealed packaging) are highly convenient and quick to prepare every day (and I’ve never had any issue picking up my order every Sunday at a fairly consistent time) Price: in line with some other common precooked meal services. Find some discount codes, check out their Instagram page, or order larger quantities for better per meal value. I would say other meal prep services offer larger first-time or return customer specials / discounts, but Fit Meal does offer consistent discount codes via their partnerships with influencers or ambassadors etc

Food is absolutely AMAZING! I have been using this meal prep company for about a year… i think. I love the fact that they change the meals weekly so always something new to try :). I had the peri peri chicken for lunch today and it was delicious.

Amazing Service and knowledgeable owner. Meals are delicious, healthy and creative! Do yourself a favor and use this food service. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted was fresh and well prepared. Absolutely the best in Markham and Toronto. Highly recommend!

I have been using Fit Meal for lunch now going on two years and the food has been great. Love the different options they have and how fresh and delicious my meal is. I imagine it is difficult to cater lunch every day and have it delivered on time and ready to eat so I appreciate all the work they do! ~ Happy Customer.

I have been using Fit meals on and off for over 1 year and it’s great. Weeks that my schedule is busy I order and no need for grocery or cooking lunch and dinner. I justify the cost as it’s the equivalent price of 2-3 meals on skip the dishes. So I save money. Food taste great and portions are good, I have a big appetite so I always order the extra protein. In addition to the weekly meal the Thai peanut bowl is amazing its big portion so makes 2 meals for me.

Fit Meal Canada is amazing!! They are the number one choice when it comes to meal prepping and eating healthy! I have ordered from them for some time now and have always been pleased with fresh, yummy and affordable food! Lily accommodates your needs perfectly and customizes if needed. Love the lunches and dinners, and even enjoy the surprise brekkie and snacks at times too! I have tried both her meal prep and NOW meal kits, where you cook it all yourself, and both options are fantastic and definitely a hassle free meal plans. I love Fit Meals and definitely will be a customer for a long time as I love food and love being healthy, so thanks Lily and Team!
