I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year. This evening I went for drinks and snacks for an important occasion with two work colleagues. We were informed upon arrival that there was a corporate event at 8 pm and that we should leave or change tables at that time. However, at 7:20 pm a waitress very rudely told us to “leave NOW” in a demanding and disrespectful manner. She had heard us speaking in Spanish and her tone was dismissive and borderline racist. Other customers were being offered to relocate within the restaurant, but we were told to leave. I asked to see the manager, who was just as impolite. It is sad that some corporate event brings out a racist and rude attitude towards longtime customers. I realize a lot of staff are untrained students, but that’s no excuse for disrespectful and discriminatory behavior.

Went in for lunch...place was absolutely dead. One other couple. Only one staff member in front of the house. The food was awful. I ordered the fish and chips. I don't know how old the frozen fish was, but the taste was beyond freezer burn. It wasn't light and airy but hard and tasteless. I returned my food and refrained from ordering anything else. My friend ordered the chicken burger, which looked like a grey coloured round disk. It did not resemble anything looking like chicken. She was traveling for 3+ hours, so she had to eat but said it was the worst thing she had ever eaten. Her friend ordered the sandwich dip and said it was so tasteless. We sat by the patio entrance, and my friend went outside to have a smoke, and we got reprimanded for using the patio entrance. Instead of worrying about which entrance he went out, worry about the product that you are serving and the service provided. No wonder the place was completely empty. STAY AWAY... especially from the food!!!

This is the spot everyone in the neighbourhood goes to after work, or to reunion with the community. Such a close knit spot with plenty regulars and good vibes! Music is especially good wed-sat. Usually there are only 2 bartenders even on a busy night, so service may be delayed, but otherwise very outstanding and accommodating people working here. Never a dull moment with Will!

Ask the bartender to make me a drink a mixed drink and his response was very rude. My ask was, tell me how you make a B52, The reason for my question was every bar makes it different. Although my bill was over five hundred bucks, the service was less than desirable. What I would suggest to anybody from Toronto or visitors? Is to skip this bar because there are more favorable place in the same neighborhood. And please, if you have the rebuttal, please post, you're Proof here. And to the management of this establishment, this person advised that he was in charge. Please get him out.

The Fish and Chips was excellent! Big piece of haddock, perfectly battered and fried. Beer flight for only $11! Nice patio outside with cushioned seats. The traffic noise wasn't too bad in the late evening.

Super cozy UK style Pub down by the water. Classic Brit and Pub fare. We enjoyed the coach and living-room style seating that was available so that our apps could be enjoyed more homestyle than at a standard table. Well done!

Thursday night casual eats. Great appetizer and my companion enjoyed the plant-based burger. The fish tacos were not the best I’ve had. Customer service was great. The waffle version of nachos and cheese. Topped with cheddar cheese, chives and bacon bits.
