Firehouse Subs Toronto Liberty Village

Service is 7 stars… I had an amazing experience at Firehouse sub. Initially, I was just planning to grab a sub and head home, but the excellent customer service convinced me to stay and enjoy my meal there. The atmosphere is inviting, and I discovered they have an incredible hot sauce selection! I tried the #8 (felt like my roots were calling for it), and it was delicious. The hot sauce options really take things up a notch—this place definitely knows what’s up. What makes it even better is the heart of the place.I also loved that they give you the option to round up your change for a donation—such a thoughtful touch.

Alisha is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly shouldn’t be a manager. She made my order wrong (missing items, very sloppy). When we returned to the store to complain she blamed it on the fact that it was very busy and accused us of removing toppings ourselves. She then went on to say that “it’s okay because customers complain all the time and we just make a new sub for them”. She missed the entire point. It’s not about receiving a new sub, it’s about getting it right the first time so customers don’t have to come back frustrated and dissatisfied. Alisha exhibited zero professionalism in this matter and reflects a very poor representation of this store and the franchise as a whole. The experience overall was very disappointing especially because I’ve been a loyal customer since grand opening. Perhaps you need to reevaluate your leadership team.

The staffs at this location were very friendly and nice. And the subs were delicious! I had honey ham and pastrami with all other veggies added. Firehouse pickles were missing.. but it's ok.. i will try next time too

Love that they just opened this location in Liberty! Great service and amazing Subs! Staff is super friendly. Even if you wait a few extra minutes for your sub, it’s worth it. Far better quality and fresher ingredients compared to places like Subway. 100% recommend.

2 sandwiches took 15 minutes to make in an otherwise empty store, it just seemed disorganized and slow but my biggest concern was the meat water they poured off the steamed meat like a mixologist doing a party trick with a cocktail… it’s giving hotdog water… too expensive for what you get, and I realize this is a personal preference but the ham was REALLY sweet…. stick with Subway.

This was the worse food ever, what a waste of money. I had the beef au jus, it was so salty, I ate half of a small sub, along with 3 bottles of water. 3/4 of my sub went into the garbage. I also had the Brocoli and cheese soup. That was not soup. First they forgot to put a spoon. Went back to get a spoon, left the restaurant, they gave me a fork. They must know why they gave me a fork, because that was not soup. It was thick and nasty. What a waste of money. I gave 1 star only because the staff was friendly. Never again

The staff here are incredibly welcoming, enthusiastic and very accommodating to dietary restrictions such as Celiac Disease. The subs themselves are so delicious and the portions are generous! 10/10. Always a treat :) Thanks so much and keep up the great work!
