The service was so good and their food is really great, especially the bacon ranch and hook & ladder sandwich. Also, staff are friendly and accommodating. This location is quite busier than other locations but they still managed to give us best customer service and smiles on their faces and respect to each other even on rush hours. The kind of experience we always want to have. Good quality subs plus best staffs is this firehouse location ♥️

Best sandwich place ever!!! 🥪❤️🔥 The people are nice, very hospitable 🫶🏻 I had the six subs, which is exclusive for this location only, and it was so so sooooo good, super worth the price 🥰 Their restaurant is cleaaan, washroom is very accessible and neat. Will surely come back! ❤️

Everyone working here is so welcoming! Always a great greeting when you enter. The subs are delicious and in good portions too. They also have so many drinks to choose from, I come back here trying something different.

I had an amazing experience during my first visit to this location! The customer service was exceptional—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The store manager lois went above and beyond to make me feel welcome by helping me choose the best dish for a first-timer, and their recommendation was spot on! The environment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making the whole experience even better. It's rare to find such a combination of excellent service, great food, and a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!

Getting gluten-free subs has always been a challenge, and for years we had to travel far out of our way to find a Firehouse Subs location. We were thrilled when this location opened up! The staff here are incredibly warm, friendly and accommodating, and the quality of the food is second to none!
