Firehouse Subs Toronto 401 & Islington

I had an amazing experience at this hidden gem! Nirmal was incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Although it’s a bit hard to find on the lower level parking lot, there are also a ton of franchises and restaurants down there as well , I highly recommend it visiting! The space is spotless, the food tastes fresh, and if you love soft bread, this is definitely the place to visit

Terrible! Ordered roast beef and hook and ladder with tomato soup. Bread wasn't very fresh. Very small amount of all ingredients for a $16 sandwich. Soup was cold like it just came out of the fridge. Won't order from here again. Other locations do much better

When we came in for the first time, my first impression was that it was very clean, I liked the decorations and design of it. The employees were very nice and considerate. I loved their food, and I will definitely be coming back here!

I’ve been to many Firehouse Sub locations but this one is by far the BEST one. The service was 10/10 - the guy was so kind and patient when I couldn’t decide between 3 options. They made my sub to perfection, and the environment in here (dining area and washrooms) is sooo clean, I was more than happy to dine in-store and enjoy my sub while it was still hot. I wish I had a photo of my sub to share, but it looked too good and was far too delicious for me to wait to take a pic — and before I knew it, I ate the whole thing. 5 stars. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I came into Firehouse Subs today and purchased a Smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket. I was served by Amar who was such a nice cashier, and very accommodating being that it was my first time visiting this shop. The sandwich was delicious, and I’m very happy with my overall experience. Will definitely be back.

New location so nice and clean. The staff may be new too, but you'd never guess...they are really great. The food is made fresh and quick, and we have yet to have any problems with any requests. Most importantly, the subs are really tasty! Reminds me of how good Quiznos was before they messed with their recipes. Also, it's a small thing, but I really like all the drink options you get with the custom pop machine.

Best tasting subs, bar none. Very filling, no skimping on toppings, even the bread is fantastic. Mostly have done takeout so not familiar with indoor seating. Will try that next. Takeout is still great once ate at home.
