Firehouse Subs

It is hard to imagine a fast food place having super friendly staffers who make tye effort to remember individual customers and smile and greet them so warmly - yet this place has exactly that! Really impressive. Your sandwich is fresh and hot and tasty, solid value. Props to Vraj and the whole team for being amazing professionals!

Our server Manav was very helpful. I came just before closing time but he was very nice about preparing my order. Food quality is very good compared to other sub stores. Love the pickles as well on the side. Restaurant is very clean if you plan to dine in as well.

I don't usually eat fast food but I was craving a sub and had been wanting to try this place because of the delicious looking pictures in the ads. It definitely lives up to the ads - 5/5! The place was very clean with lots of seating along the walls and cool fireman equipment everywhere. The staff was friendly and professional. I ordered the "Hook and Ladder" and it was so good I was shocked. The bread is really fresh, as are all the ingredients, and they add just the right amount of meat, sauce, cheese, etc - ridiculously good. And they serve it with a pickle! I guess my only complaint is the bathroom sinks are a bit weird and need to be fixed, and the bathroom door didn't lock.

Brisket Hat Trick (Medium) was good and filling sub sandwich :) Generous amount of meats (beef brisket, smoked turkey breast, and honey ham) and a good soft bread. Wish they added a bit more of their sweet and tangy slaw to balance out the 3 layers of meat.

Friend recommended I check out Firehouse Subs. He is now leading the race to be the Godfather of my unborn child. Fluffy and soft bread without the smell and aftertaste from that one-chain-that-shall-not-be-named. There was so much meat and toppings in the sub that, halfway through it, I was sweating and I took a break to check the time and my surroundings. “How long have I been here?” “Are my loved ones concerned for my safety and well-being?” The sandwich was so massive that I wonder if when we send food to developing countries, are the crates all just filled with Firehouse Sub sandwiches. Would go here again. Would bring a friend. P.S. Why did I knock 2 points for service? The workers were distracted and just kept talking to each other. Made me wonder if my sub could’ve been done faster. P.S.S. -1 point for atmosphere? Inside looked like a Subway but with different window dressing. Not bad, just nothing stand-out or memorable.

Nothing like florida one... even Peterborough one is better. Decoration so so, staff doesnt greet you like in usa... the diff hot sauces not available and the drink machine was not working properly. Bread felt day old. Dont think i would return to this one. Bit pricey too. 20 something with tax for the meal combo.

I really loved this place. I dined in here twice while touring Toronto area. It has a very comfortable atmosphere with interesting gallery on the wall. Staff are very friendly and professional. Sandwiches are very delicious. That soda machine offers a lot options with unlimited refills. I love it ! I highly recommend people to check this place out.

Clean and bright atmosphere. Friendly service. Great food. Slow smoked brisket is very good and I love their meatballs sub too. Recently due to Olympics, there are some Firehouse Subs exclusive drink. The Tropical Cherry Lime-Aid is a bit sweet but full of pineapple flavour which is yummy. Unfortunately, the one I wanna try, Orange Vanilla Coke is unavailable at the machine. The staffs Mahak and Rushil realized my disappointment and is kind enough to check on the machine and try to fix the problem, although it couldn’t be fixed at the end, they did tried their best. Instead of having a disappointed customer, they earned a happy customer that will come back again and again. Outstanding customer service!!
