The food was great as usual, but your closing staff today - they are real all stars. Shout out to them for being super kind and courteous. Store was also sparkling clean. Would recommend this place to anyone

For the first time trying it “BAN” referred me to get the most popular sandwich (smokehouse brisket)and it didn’t disappoint at all !!! Great and very well customer service super friendly and caring people, doing the food with love. Definitely I will come back !!

I really love the place and keep going over and over again. But just for today not sure if you were trying to be funny or were you upset but please be careful with the amount of jalapeños you put. Look at the pictures of left over Jalapeños from my large sandwich. Mind you it’s also wastage of food I would appreciate more onions and bell peppers instead on my veggie sub. Still rating 5 stars for my experience overall.

I will never return to this location in Stouffville. The person who had been training someone to make the sandwiches was so impatient with both customers and with his trainee. I took offence to how rude he was to the person being trained who may have been nervous. He was not an effective trainer because the sandwich I received tasted terrible! Poor customer service and the sandwich was sub-par! I was a customer for two years, but my recent interaction and recent experiences were unacceptable. Prices have gone up and customer service and quality have gone down. Never returning.
