Firehouse Subs Stone Church Road

I don’t even know what kind of subs we got! Lol. There’s so many types and I didn’t get a receipt to check. Haha. So good. Like seriously one of the best subs I’ve even had. Loses one point because my side of broccoli and cheese soup was warm at best. It would have been a lot better if it was piping hot since I added cheese to it and it would be better all melty and stuff. Plus they were out of pickles. Darn. That’s one of the reasons I came. You can buy pickle buckets! I collect buckets!! I’d return. For sure.

I ordered ahead and while the food was not ready when we arrived, we were advised why there was a delay. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The pepperoni meatball sub is chock full of Meatballs and huge pepperoni. Super tasty. The smokehouse beef & cheddar has so much flavour (my personal fave). Awesome. The French dip is my friends new favorite. Great flavour both the sub and the au jus. Verdict: would get that one every time from now on. I very much enjoy that you can customize all the subs! I highly recommend these subs and this location. 12/10

I’d give 0 if I could. Ordered 3 subs a head of time on app. App said they would be ready at 735. I show up at 735 they told me the subs were not ready yet and asked me what subs I ordered. When I told them they got one sub wrong. When I asked them to switch it they said they can’t because it was already made. So I asked if it was already why I’m i wait for them to make the subs. After keeping me wait for 12 minutes pass the 735 when they were supposed to be ready they wanted to charge me more money for switching the sub. This place is a joke

The food and workers are great, but something is being managed incorrectly if I have to wait 20 minutes on top of the initial 15 minute wait time when making a mobile order. 35 minutes for 1 medium sub is pretty ridiculous. Wasted my whole lunch waiting.

Great subs, friendly staff. Washrooms are _almost_ gender neutral. I’d love to see a more inclusive revision of your signs. Perhaps just “Firefighters” or “Washrooms”

Gotten subs here twice. The firehouse steak and cheese was amazing. The firehouse hero was good but a little lopsided (all the roast beef appeared in my last two bites). Pricey, yes…but the first sub was worth it.

I’ve been seeing comparisons on socials about firehouse. I mean no doubt, I knew looking at pictures.. it was going to be a lot better than subway and quiznos. I had to try it out today to finally put an end to my curiosity. Took that 15 minute ride to this location and got myself the steak house with a side salad and drink combo. Prices are definitely higher but you really do get what you pay for. The taste was just impeccable! The pickle they add to the sub just completed everything. I enjoyed the clean and friendly ambiance. Looking forward to coming back here. Only thing I wish for is a bigger ramekin for the salad dressing. Otherwise 10/10
