This is by far the best firehouse subs location I have ever been to. Staff is super friendly and always welcomes me with a warm 1012. I got my order within 4 minutes after ordering. And the sandwiches are just fantastic! I would absolutely recommend this location!

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS LOCATION FOUND A SPIDER IN MY SUB AND THE SUPERVISOR FOUND IT FUNNY AND REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND. If you have an issue and hoping for a resolution good luck

It our first time trying Firehouse Subs. It was such a pleasant experience! The subs were delicious, staff were so kind, service was amazing, and atmosphere was fun! We will definitely come back.

Ordered Philly cheesesteak and brisket and cheddar subs (small). It took a long time for order but food was really good. Subs were warm oozing with meat and sauce. Loved the subs and would go again.

Okay! So may I just say this is the BEST sub I’ve ever had!! Hands down I will drive from Scarborough to Salem any day just for Firehouse Subs. My mom ordered the Medium (8”) Beef and cheddar brisket on whole wheat and I got the Large (12”) Club on a Sub on white. Both subs were loaded with meat and a decent amount of topping. I have not one thing to complain about & they gave us two pickles on the side (as requested). I could of ordered a sub to go home with. I haven’t been so happy with a meal in a very long time. My mom and I rounded up our totals and donated to the “Public safety organization” which was evidently posted / displayed in the store. I asked one of the reps in the store About the organization and he was very knowledgable. Thank you firehouse subs for an amazing lunch. We will surely be back- And very soon! P.s. My mom was so pleased she looked into opening a franchise but there was nothing available at the moment. I told her it didn’t hurt to try. Lol

Had the privilege to enjoy the well crafted sandwiches that are very generous with the meat compared to the others we all love to hate. The sandwich was top notch and service is definitely much more friendly than many other similar shops. They also have a coke freestyle machine to mix up your hydration selection

Update review 2024: still very much enjoy the sandwiches here - great flavours and fresh ingredients. Today I got the medium Firehouse Hero on wheat. I haven’t seen their hot sauce collection since the pandemic - maybe that’s gone forever now. It’s not cheap but it is quality food and the staff has been friendly - albeit they’re always young people so there’s ongoing turnover but it seems their training works well. Old review from 2019: Always enjoy the subs here. Well made and served with a smile. Also love the Ms. Vickies chips and customized soda machine.

Best subs ever! My first time here and in love. Fresh toppings and the bread melts in your mouth. I had an 8in and I feel like I can eat another!! Amazing service and friendly staff. My new spot for quick tasty sub!!!
