Firehouse Subs Bowmanville

Extremely disappointed in the service. 3x we have placed an order through the website, gone through all the options /selections on what we want on the sub and what we don't. 3x we have received our subs loaded with all the things we didn't want on the sub. Last night I decided, enough was enough and I called them to complain. Not only did they not have any information on the order i just placed, they said I would now have to come in and pickup the new replacement subs! Not even a credit on our next order for such a huge inconvenience! Total blame was placed on the delivery company, which at no point during the order process, was ever identified. Apparently, the website isn't run by Firehouse Subs, it's run by the delivery company!! They ask you to choose all your options then when sending the order to Firehouse, they give no special instructions!! Firehouse, this is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery service doesn't screw up your customers orders!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience with Firehouse Bowmanville. Although our order was incorrect when it first arrived at our event location, the team went above and beyond to make things right. After calling and explaining the issue, the staff member on the phone (who was amazing) was incredibly understanding and efficient in problem-solving. To our surprise, she DROVE the corrected order to our event and even included a few extra treats as a gesture of apology! Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled turned it into a 10/10 experience. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend FireHouse Subs Bowmanville for their outstanding response and care! Thank you for making our event even more special!

I can't say enough about how great Firehouse subs is. Everytime I come in it's clean, the service is fast and I have never had a bad sub from here. From the people and the food it's absolutely the best. I don't ever get a sub from anywhere but here. If you have never been I highly recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed. I have autistic children who are picky eaters and they love the food. Its our go to place.

I’ve visited this location over 10 times since it opened, and each time I make a simple request: to toast or double-toast my sandwich. Unfortunately, about 90% of the time, the sandwich comes back barely toasted, let alone double-toasted as requested. I’m not sure if this is due to a lack of attention or just unwillingness to put in the extra effort, but it’s frustrating that such a straightforward request is consistently overlooked. I wanted to post a positive review at 10:01pm. For all rights, they could have closed, but they didn’t. They saw that my daughter and I were at some event and were hungry. They took the 7-8 minutes to take our order, honour our coupon and make our food. Outstanding job, not only going the extra mile, but smiling while doing it.

Came in for the special if your name starts with M. Food was delicious and prepared quickly still, as I'm sure they have been busy today! Everyone was nice and courteous. Always a pleasure eating here

Really great spot for lunch. I tried the Engineer sandwich and they really load up the sandwiches and you can tell the ingredients are high quality! The pickle on the side goes really well with the sandwich as well.

I got the “club on a sub” It was huge! Lots of meat Makayla served me and helped me choose my sub. I can’t believe how knowledgeable she was about the menu! My sub was absolutely delicious A bit expensive at $17 just for a sub but it was very good! Will definitely come back!
