I was looking forward to trying something new only to be disappointed. They didn't have a few of the menu items available and not even the aioli for the Gouda bombs. I had to try to find substitutions. For my main I ordered the Rodeo Butger.with the mini belnerly chips to get completely the wrong order. Then they replaced it to realize that they didn't know how to make the rodeo burger properly. They forgot the onion rings and the Gouda bombs on the burger. My nephew finished his meal before I could even start. I mentioned that I expected a significant discount. They had the nerve to charge me for my meal and only discounted 50% of my burger because I ate it. No compensation for not being able to eat with my nephew. The food I ordered was not tasty at all even though it was wrong. The server claimed the kitchen had 4 new employees and this was their 2 day. Why does management staff so poorly and then insisted on letting the customer pay for their mistakes. Do not eat there unless you are feeling charitable and want to give your money away for an evening of limited options, incorrect orders served and not being able to eat with your party. Other restaurants such as the keg would have comped the entire meal and replaced it with the correct order. Clearly this restaurants manger has no business ethics and doesn't value providing customers service when they are at fault.

The place was empty, maybe 2 tables had people. We stood at the doorway waiting to be seated for several minutes. Some guy came up and said "oh have a seat anywhere, I'll tell someone you're here". So we sat, he brought us menus and said "don't worry, I'm not some random guy, I sometimes DJ here". Waitress finally came, we ordered drinks and they came pretty quick. But once we had our food that was it. We finished eating and we waited and waited. I finally just got up and walked to the bar to ask for our bill. Considering there were only 2 other tables with people at them, we should have received quicker service. I don't mind waiting when they're busy. But insane to be ignored for so long when there was barely anyone in the restaurant! We won't be back.

From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. Our server was not only attentive but also had an impressive knowledge of the menu, offering great recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. The pacing of the meal was spot on; courses came out at just the right intervals, allowing us to savor each dish without feeling rushed. The staff was always nearby, ensuring our drinks were filled and checking in to see if we needed anything. What truly stood out was the genuine hospitality. It was clear that the team genuinely cares about their guests' experience. Overall, I highly recommend Restaurant for anyone looking for a delightful dining experience with outstanding service. We’ve been here plenty of times for drinks and a couple staff parties. I’ve never eaten here though. The fella across from us had the Jameson Honey Garlic Bites and said they were delicious. I do know the bartenders have always been friendly and the beer has been cold. Update - My fiancé and I booked a section of the restaurant for a family function on February 3rd. We had a great experience. Our server Ilayda was fantastic! She remained friendly, attentive and placid through the afternoon, even in the face of an unexpected torrent of two large groups of Kevin’s and Karen’s hiding under of the guise of hockey moms and dads. I heard the one group unleashing on the manager about a 15 minute wait. One group did not even leave a penny tip on an $1100 bill (I should clarify, on 40 bills that added up to that amount). My entire group enjoyed every part of our afternoon, even in the constant flurry of miniature hockey players running around like it was their private playground as all the Kevins and Karens searched high and low for something to complain about. Thank you to Jacob and Jessie too.

Absolutely love the setup in here. It seems like a really awesome place to come and have drinks in the evening. They had the doors open to the patio, which looked great, but it was so hot and humid inside because of it (we were hot the whole time). We ordered the Jameson Honey Garlic Bites, Baked Chicken & Bacon Penne and the Fish & Chips. The bites were delicious, the penne was really nice and flavourful and the fish pieces were huge (we were told they vary in size and she got lucky that day lol) but she didn't absolutely love it. I've been to the Windsor location before and can say their bomber shots are awesome!

This month I had dinner at Fionn MacCool’s in Stoney Creek. I did some online research and was happy to see that they have a nutritional and allergen page. What surprised me was how comprehensive it is. Excellent nutritional information (including macros and vitamins), the allergen lists were such a relief for me. I knew exactly what I could eat before I even got there. From the outside the place looks small, don’t let that fool ya. It is deceptively spacious inside. We didn’t call ahead for a reservation and at 5pm got seated immediately by Dante. Our waitress, Taylor, arrived quickly to take our drink orders, as well as asking if there were any food allergies (Greatly Appreciated!). There was a slight mix-up with our drinks but Taylor was on it and promptly had it resolved. We dove right into mains, I ordered the Steak & Frites, and became concerned when Taylor looked uncomfortable when I said I wanted “blue rare”. I prepared myself for a less than perfect steak experience. The noise level and background music were not overwhelming and we did not have to yell to be heard. The mains came out and I cut open the steak, noting how easy it was to slice. The color was perfect! The char on it was perfect. The flavor was to die for! It melted in your mouth and had a flavor party that kept going. I have to be honest; I have not had this perfect a steak in a long time. This was beyond anything I’ve ever gotten at the Keg. The fries were crips, well seasoned and stayed hot for most of the dinner. The onion strings were also crunchy and not over battered. The Red Sangria paired well with it. Desert was Churros with a Spiced Chocolate Sauce and French Vanilla Ice Cream, oooh la la! Such a lovely finish to a great dinner! The sauce was light, not heat spicy just full of flavor. It was well accompanied by the ice cream. Despite sharing the dessert, we ended up bringing some home with us. A great place to have a solid meal. I was not disappointed at all and will go back. 5 out of 5 stars!

Just had the greatest food! Sydney’s service was excellent. Cant wait to come back! Had all these apps and got the late night deal buy one get one, I genuinely am obsessed with the food and our date night was amazing ❤️❤️!
