We went to Fionn for the very first time on the recommendation from a friend and we simply LOVED it. Had lunch there on Christmas Day, and the food was awesome along with the wonderful service. We were served by Sana and she’s super friendly and suggested us different food items to select and try. Looking forward to visit again.

Alyssa went above and beyond to bring us great food quickly and cheerfully. Nice busy atmosphere for lunch but not too busy. I come here to meet my dad because it's right between where we both live. We usually get the same booth, it's that kind of place.

I love coming here, but today's service was not even good. I came with my family of 11 people, and unfortunately, the waitress was very slow in bringing drinks and food. I had to go to the bar multiple times to order drinks. The waitress, Alyssa was walking around and was not completely there. I just didn't understand why she couldn't clean the table or pick up the empty glass. She also didn't inform us there was gratitude on the bill.

Sana is hands down the most entertaining and personable waitress I’ve ever met! She brought such a fun energy to our meal and kept us laughing the whole time. Not only was she attentive and on point with our orders, but her sense of humor and charm truly made the experience memorable. If you’re looking for great service with a side of laughs, ask for Sana. She’s amazing!

We tried the Fionn Crowd Pleaser Platter for two, and we LOVED it!! Satisfying while not being too heavy. The sangria rose was delicious - highly recommend. The service at Fionn was top-notch.

I ordered on Uber eats delivery. It clearly states on there that these blarney chips come with SOUR CREAM AND SALSA. instead I received these two disgusting sauces. If I was aware it did not come with sour cream or salsa I would have ordered it on the side. These sauces are disgusting and do not go with the chips at all. I called the restaurant to express my concern and the man on the phone was extremely rude saying everything has to be done through Uber eats. I did contact Uber eats and they are also not doing anything and advised me to call the restaurant. As a customer from a restaurant (delivery or not ) u expect to always at least get good customer service. This place had a disrespectful man on the phone offering no help telling me to pick up sour cream even tho I obviously don’t drive which is why I ordered in the first place. I offered to come tomorrow so that I can arrange a ride and he treated me like I was stupid. As u can also see these chips have BARELY ANY TOPPINGS ON THEM. IF YOUR BUSINESS HAS AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER YOU SHOULD WANT TO RESOLVE IT NO MATTER THE CASE. This is unfortunate as I thought I was ordering a delicious meal from a great place but I was wrong. They give u false sauces, no toppings, and no resolutions. Do not come or order from here.
