The manager of this store was very rude at the drive thru when we were confused that the cashier charged us for the free offer of fries. She provided a lecture to us that as customers, it’s our responsibility to tell the cashier to scan the app as he does not know about the offers. We have not experienced this type of treatment at any McDonald’s. Never go there.
