The lively Latin music as we drove into the parking lot gave me happy vibes and high hopes, but the experience quickly fell apart. The tables were cluttered with last night’s leftovers, and the owner, still on the phone, led us to a dirty table which she wiped down with a smelly rag. The grease was still left on the table For breakfast on Christmas morning, I ordered a meal with rice and requested two eggs on the side. Instead of rice, I received noodles mixed with mayonnaise—without being told of the substitution. When I asked, she said they had run out of rice but didn’t warn me. I told her I did not like noodle so she made fresh rice, but it arrived long after my partner had finished eating, and the reheated food tasted like leftovers. The only bright spot was the fresh rice, but the rest of the meal—cartilage-filled beef and poor service, smelly greasy table—was not worth the premium prices. Charging me $5 for the eggs instead of offering them as a courtesy added insult to injury. I won’t be returning. It has a lot of potential if they would be consistent on cleanliness, good service and good tasting food as I read on other reviews of 4 or 5 stars.

The sandwich is extremely huge, which I appreciated but I found a long hair in the bread. The price is quite high when you consider the bread takes up a lot of the sizing. The flavour wasn't too special but the hot sauce was very good.

SCAM. Tacos were fine. I didn’t appreciate being scammed with the non-Spanish inflated prices. Did not check the reviews of this place because it conveniently does not say “Fiesta Garibaldi” anywhere on the signage (and instead says Amor La Mexicana or something). Only found out the name from the credit card receipt. Should be ashamed at this practice, not cool that we show up to support and give business and you take it as an opportunity to take advantage. There’s better and more ethical places for tacos out there.

Avoid this place. While waiting for the food, I overhead the prices in Spanish which were very different from what we were charged. A few other reviews also echo the blatant overcharging. The order taker guy was very pushy that we buy a small normal bottle of water for $5 plus tax. Downtown Toronto has much better tasting yet cheaper tacos.

My Cubana Torta was mouth wateringly delicious, especially when paired with the Horchata. One sandwich was about $20 which sounds pricey, but it was so ginormous, it was easily split between 2 hungry people, and we could barely finish it! The service was friendly too, seating is in the food court, so no need to wait. They also have a visa machine, so purchasing your food is made easy. I would definitely go back and try other items on the menu.

I came here when they first opened.. before Covid.. everything was perfect. I am here right now, and the service is horrible, we are a table of 4.. and 2 have already eaten their food.. and I’m still waiting, I’m not sure if they changed owners or what, but the food is great, you just need better service.. if ur going to serve 2 people you should at least bring chips for the others who are waiting.. great concept but definitely needs work

We had the best food anyone could have in 4 years not to forget the excellent service by the lady. She spoke in Spanish and we struggled with English but that did not stop us from enjoying the Tacos and Pineapple Jarritos. The place is a hidden gem, find every opportunity to come here. 1. Pastor Tacos highly recommended (tried Carnitas and Pastor both Pork preparations) 2. Do try Mandarin (orange) or Pineapple Jarritos (I had both) 3. Place is spacious and feels like home 4. Chilli sauce is hot af 5. They serve complimentary tortillas Tip:- I have put the menu pictures, please do a research online in case you don’t speak espanyol before you come here to enjoy the heavenly meal.
