Fat Bastard Burrito Co.

I went to this location tonight and bought a medium pulled beef. My server was an Indian girl who seemed offended that I ordered the beef burrito. So not only did I have to wait a while more from My friends for my food but I got what seems to be a vege burrito than a beef one, I got a burrito with barely 2 strands of beef in it. Mind you I am brown just like Indians but I am NOT from India and I do not share their religious beliefs. Why can't I buy actual Mexican food that I am pleased with? I paid for a PULLED BEEF BURRITO! But I got a vege instead

Looks like crunchy noodles is commonplace for any fat bastard burrito. Very unfortunate, I used to really like going to get food at these establishments until the quality of the food diminished. The cheese basically tastes like powdery cheese and the breaded chicken, the consistency of rubber. Soo disappointed, last time I order from any of their locations. No more fat bastard burrito for me.

I don’t believe they deserve 1 star either, for the first time visited this location a couple of nights ago and thought to grab a burrito and side of waffle fries for take out. Also it was my first experience at this franchise in general. Got my food and left the store, I was driving home started picking at my fries “as we all do” then immediately, I realized the smell of burn oil that I could not swallow the piece and had to spit it out. I don’t believe the oil that was used- It was filtered or change for at least over a week, It was absolutely disgusting and definitely health hazard. No problem with the taste of burrito, But they didn’t properly grilled it as one Side was ice cold and the other side was warm not a good experience overall. Will give another chance to this franchisee, but definitely not at this Location.

UPDATE: FROM THE OWNERS RESPONSE If I can give this place NO STAR I would! The quality of the shrimp tacos where terrible. It was like boiled shrimp. When all the descriptions say "sautèed shrimp" Had to re-cook at home. What made it worse I called the location to file a complaint and a lady answered speaking hindi When I said I'm complaining about my order she hung up and they ignored our calls 9x. My first and definitely my last We showed up at the location and 3 south Asians couldn't speak proper English to us just kept saying sorry and I ordered it that way. PLEASE REVIEW THE PHONE NUMBER ADDED TO THE REVIEW! IS THAT NOT 7600 WESTON PHONE NUMBER? AND DONT RESPOND IF YOU WERE NOT PRESENT AT THIS LOCATION. UBER WAS DELIVERED FROM HERE. IF YOU DONT KNOW WHO ANSWERED YOUR PHONE CONNECT WITH THE EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE WORKING THERE. I WILL ALSO POST THE LOCATION THAT UBER SENT IT FROM. AS YOUR EMPLOYEES WERE WELL AWARE OF THE SITUATION WHEN WE CAME TO THAT LOCATION.

Worst burrito I’ve ever had. Tiny portions with only rice in it. Stay far away, so many amazing burrito places. Employees are aggressive and rude Reply: I left the store and the employee try to tell me to come and he wants to take a picture and waste my time.

I have seen this place a couple times on my way to work and always wanted to try it. I’ve heard allot of good things about this place and the food was very tasty. The dining area looked very clean and the layout was really nice as you can see in the pictures. I had gotten the Chicken Quesadilla was really and and the Carnitas Burrito Bowl was very filling. Also I have never tried the Jarritos and the ones that I liked were Mango, Guava, Pineapple & Fruit Punch.

This is a great location to grab burritos, its not too busy, the customer service is great and the food is made with good quality. My burrito was made with perfection, and it was nice and spicy. Thank you :)

I ordered 2 buffalo chicken burritos but they gave me only one buffalo chicken burrito. They charge me for 2 which is ridiculous and ripping people off. They gave me just the veggie burrito with no chicken inside. Also the sauce was not evenly distributed on the burrito it was just on one side and another side was all dry. People open up burrito places but they don’t how to make it and give good customer service. I will not recommend anyone to have their burritos from here. Super expensive then burrito chains with poor service.
