Tried FBB for the first time, Food was great, and the Server was very patient with my order as i had certain allergies, and made sure i got what i wanted. I guess his name was either Prince or Pringles i forgot (apologies). will visit again definitely

The worst branch of “Fat Bastard” we have eaten in several branches but in none of them have we been served in such a mediocre way, the dish as in this branch and the worst thing is that after having made our purchase, another person came to order the same dish that we had ordered and this person had better service than ours, we are frequent customers of this franchise but this branch has left us with the worst experience with respect to our food…. They should care more about all customers.

Worst customer service ever.. ordered sautéed veg. Quesadilla from uber eats and it served very disgusting way. I think employees need more training.. there is no sautéed veggies in it and the quantity of veggies are very less. The owner or manager need more attention on employees, that how they are working and serving food to customers. 0% recommended.

Ordered online and how chintzy they were with the toppings was comical. It was the protein and rice and every other topping I ordered was not even detectable. I guess if I ever go back I'll have to go in and stare whoever is making my burrito in the eyes and make sure they put more than 3 cubes of tomato, a couple flecks of cheese, and a few drops of burrito sauce on my wrap. Do better

Loved it! So tasty and super yummy! The fish tacos were amazing. Spicky aoli a must and the burrito bowl was super filling and a good portion. Value for money and amazing service!

I've visited this place on two separate occasions, and unfortunately, both times turned out to be disappointing experiences. Despite giving them a second chance, I was met with further disappointment. On both visits, I ordered a huge steak burrito, half filled with steak and half with pulled pork. However, the amount of meat they provided was far from satisfactory, even for a small burrito, let alone a large one. It's disheartening to pay $19.20 and receive such a measly portion. Considering my underwhelming experiences, I have decided not to return to this location again, and I cannot recommend it to others. I cannot support a business who does this for people paying $20 for a burrito. This is the kingston location near Lawrence Ave east. I have not had this experience at other locations.
