Great Service! The entire staff is friendly and sweet. Been to several locations but this one definitely stands out! Got the tofu bowl; thanks to Priyanka for making this delicious bowl.

This place Used to be the best.You should be able to order and customize your order. I want to order some fish tacos and the lady said ican't put lettuce on it. Another guy was there putting toppings on his foods and asked for a different sauce and was told it would be extra. Man has this place changed from with I first opened. Going there today reminded me why i stopped eating there. Everything has just gone down hill. Would not recommend loads of other Burrito places the eat in the city now.

I used to love the service at this place but it is incredibly clear they now prioritize Uber and Skip orders over mobile and in-person orders. Under the previous management, your order was taken right away and they made your burrito immediately. Now, you wait 10+ minutes to order and pay and another 15+ minutes before your burrito is even made and that doesn't include grill time. Budget at least 40 minutes just to get your order. When I tried to order online, the portions were tiny and I still had to wait more than 20+ minutes past my pickup time. The burritos are great but hire more people so you don't lose more customers.

Not like it used to be. My order was wrong, and although rectified, it still wasn't good. Almost a decade of coming specifically to this location, never again. I almost jumped out of my skin when the metal pan (that they make your burritos on) fell on the floor and was put back on the counter. I believe the employee had every intention of using it until their colleague told them to change it. Then, the same pan fell into the garbage. Portions 👎🏼 taste 👎🏼 freshness 👎🏼 wait times 👎🏼 cleanliness 👎🏼 Edit: No reply from customer service after their response to this review.

I have visited this place quite a few times now. The closing staff is amazing and very polite especially TARASH. The preparation of food is also very hygienic. Would surely recommend this place

Came in at 11:28 pm, the place closes at 12. The server taking orders refused to make me a burrito offering only bowls, bc he turned off the grill saying that he needs to cool it down for cleaning it as a closing duty. If that is a requirement, maybe they should close at 11:30 instead of 12.

It was our first time here and I left there happy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food ingredients were very fresh and we had our orders quickly. We ordered bowls and they filled it very generous. I think we will keep this place as one of our go-to places.
