Serving Toronto’s tastiest and healthiest salads, sandwiches, quinoa bowls and soups since 2005. By offering a more wholesome alternative to the usual fast food offerings, our goal has always been to make you feel good about what you put in your body. We prepare and make most things from scratch and have partnered with farmers and purveyors who care about their products as much as we do. Feel good about what you eat!

I thoroughly enjoyed their signature Chicken Thai soup, but unfortunately, it has been discontinued. It seems that about half the time, they rotate through different types of soups, often without offering the Chicken Thai soup.

Makeela was very helpful in helping me order as I was unsure of what to get! My salad was fresh and service was great. Suggestion, add a way to add tips via your machine not only cash.

Horrible, overpriced, food was ok but tiny amount of protein and the salad they give you in combo is a joke. Not to mention thier workers have no idea what they are doing

The Eaton Centre location is right beside my school campus and i’m always struggling to find a healthy food choice to eat. Thankfully, I found this amazing place that serves the yummiest salads and sandwiches! Such a delicious, reasonably priced and healthy option compared to the other food places nearby. I’m happy to spend my lunch money on quality ingredients :)

A friend introduced to this place, now it's my go-to lunch spot when I'm in the office. Sandwiches and salads are delicious. Favorite is turkey and brie on their focaccia! Staff are very friendly, too!

Pretty horrible, I was missing ingredient in my salad, called them and was told they would remake me a new one. Got there and same guy(Muhammad) told me he couldn’t do anything about it despite telling me on phone 15 minutes earlier something different. I ended up buying the salad but horrible customer service
