Serving Toronto’s tastiest and healthiest salads, sandwiches, quinoa bowls and soups since 2005. By offering a more wholesome alternative to the usual fast food offerings, our goal has always been to make you feel good about what you put in your body. We prepare and make most things from scratch and have partnered with farmers and purveyors who care about their products as much as we do. Feel good about what you eat!

I have been ordering lunch at this location 2 times per week for the past 4 years. It is an efficient location, I have never had any issues with the quality of the ingredients (which isn't the case with some of the other Fast Fresh Food locations in the core) and the staff are friendly and great to deal with. Highly recommend for a quick, healthy lunch.

I went recently and was SO glad to see this FFF location wasn't closed after the pandemic. I loved going there on my lunch breaks for a big, healthy salad that hit the spot. They are always so friendly, fast and the quality is great. There are so many salad options but I get a large chicken Caesar salad which they do super well. I would highly recommend for anyone in the core or passing through the PATH system! Thanks for always being great team :)

My go-to place for healthy and delicious sandwiches and salads - always fast and fresh (literally) and served with a warm smile; the entire team goes out of their way to greet me and make me feel welcome and appreciated. My two go-to, never-fail faves: 1) Grilled Chicken Breast with avocado spread, asiago cheese, caramelized onions, arugula and a sprinkle of salt on Ace Bakery olive bread; 2) custom salad with kale, baby spinach, roasted corn, beets and cheddar cheese with vegan balsamic vinaigrette.

I'm always looking for great, healthy options near my office. This was *perfect*. It's right across the street, you can order ahead on Ritual, and the team was super friendly and helpful. They even had an easy online nutrition calculator that lets you build your custom salad and provides customized nutrition information. Amazing! I will definitely be back (lots!). My favourite food (so far) is the Custom Salad. Thanks, Fast Fresh Foods!

Delicious but expensive. Favourite combination is the rosemary ciabatta with spicy chipotle sauce, chicken, havarti cheese, caramelised onion, roasted red peppers and arugula - toasted a little longer than the usual amount.
